The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.

I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.

Ease of use and simple to understand. Simplicity is what i liked the most in this software.

He is not only helpful but a complete pleasure to talk to.

I love the ease of analyzing  each piece of our manufacturing process.

Overall it is great and the cost is very reasonable.

The product is deceiving and  lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.

They were genuinely interested in helping us improve our processes by designing a report that met our specific needs.

Basically, I've found that most people who complain about Fishbowl are really complaining about inventory, which is hugely complex.

We are looking to expand and utilize many other integrations for web store and asset tracking capabilities.

As stated above, I would not recommend this software especially for CPAs and their clients. It sounds fantastic but doesn't work as designed, especially for Quickbooks.

Hard to fix problems without having to talk to fishbowl. But they are usually very responsive when i have a problem.

It integrates with Salesforce via a API and is continually improving.

Fishbowl is powerful sales, inventory control, and purchasing software for QuickBooks users at a very reasonable price.

The disassemble process can be a bit intimidating if you don't know what you are doing. Fishbowl Go needs to be able to manufacture as well.

Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.

Integrations with QuickBooks can be incredibly useful for companies already based in QuickBooks.

Their customer support rep. has been awesome for our team. He's taken control of our issues and been very responsive.

Ease of Quickbooks Online integration, ease of cost analysis.

When I get errors after voiding a shipment and editing and when I go to ship it again I get an error.

So all of our Shopify sales were not recognized, Quickbooks created an entirely new set of negative inventory, leaving our current products unaffected.

Has a great integration with Amazon, and offers one for Etsy. Which is difficult to find with a solution provider.

It pretty seamlessly syncs to a vast array of sales channels and services. And customer service is pretty astoundingly great.

Loved Stitch when I was beginning my business. It provided the perfect balance between cost and functionality.

Integration sucks with XERO. Invoices are constantly missing and we need to double check to make sure invoices get transferred.

You can only imagine how confusing it was counting stock three times a week, wasting hours upon hours making sure that we weren't selling items online that were sold here in store.

It's a great inventory management system. The cons I listed are minor and don't take away from the overall system.

The inventory CSV process is a little cumbersome, and very small mistakes on it can have devastating results if no backup is kept.
