I really appreciate the seamless integration between the POS and the eCommerce.

You can read all about the features and I could tell you everything that we love or you can just be smart like we were and just try it.

Ease of use great tech support the ability to use Lightspeed from any computer you have access to.

The loyalty program is very customizable and modern, and customers love that they dont have to download an app.

The only negative would be, I live in Newfoundland, we have lots of storms and the power goes out frequently. I do sometimes have to call after outages to sync my ipad with my receipt printer.

The customer service has been great and Lightspeed is always working on making new improvements. I also use Lightspeed ecomm which has been a lifesaver during covid.

I absolutely love lightspeed - they have great customer service and I know that if anything happens it will be fixed quickly.

The customer service is top notch, they are always able to help if you have a question or an issue to resolve (which there are not a lot of issues!!).

Although , it endorses Apple products, it works perfectly fine with Windows operating systems. It also has a companion product which is called Lightspeed Accounting that is comparable to Quickbooks.

We had to spend countless hours and thousands of dollars for our real accountant to fix the MESS that Orderbot made of our books.

I started looking at my options because inventory was a huge problem for us.

I love that it's a window based program. I can access it from anywhere in the world.

The system keeps card info so sales are easy for accounts and it integrates with UPS so it's easy to ship through.

The software has been great and I've really enjoyed working with their support team.

Customer service was awful. We never received the operational product that they promised, even after months of trying and thousands of dollars.

The team at Orderbot are great to deal with, support is timely even with being on the opposite side of the world.

We then pull quick account summaries to upload to our accounting software for the financial side. This system has proven to save time and help us deliver greater customer service.

I don't have to create a new file like qbooks when it hits a certain amount of gigs. Posting checks is vey simple, searching for accounts on multiple levels is great, building profiles is simple.

In orderbot you cannot,  you have to pay to get reports and they milk you for it. I was WILLING to pay for the reports, but the turn around time is WHEN THEY HAVE TIME.

It is an entirely separate system to manage that is quite difficult to manage.

This product Simplifies our order process flow , Such a great product. And it's price worth its purpose.

I think it's more that they couldn't keep up with their lies.
