  • Pros

  • The graphs and data I can pull from it are helpful and easy to get. Notifications to managers make follow-up easier to do in a timely manner.
  • Ease of use, internet based, ability to modify to meet the needs of the company.
  • Cons

  • Don't like that the clinic/Facility I am sending the incident to does not automatically populate the person I am sending it to. I have to manually search for the person and assign them a ticket.
  • There is no way to archive old reports when a new year begins.

  • This is a superb program we use consistently to locate parties, witnesses, assets, or other litigation-related needs. It is easy to use and you can negotiate a package price to meet your budget.
  • The fees are reasonable and help me to keep my investigation fees affordable for clients and defendants with limited resources.
  • Cons

  • This is a scam company owned by an incompetent and arrogant person named [sensitive content hidden. They have the lowest rate of successful searches.
  • I was very disappointed because I actually researched the product and made the recommendation.
