  • Pros

  • With Smart Advocate's features, updates, support, and innovation, there is no other way but growth. It's a powerhouse of a tool for great staff, which gives clients the most significant outcome.
  • I have a great snapshot of where our referrals are coming from and how much we spend on those campaigns. This generates a clear cost per case and cost per call.
  • Cons

  • That said, when a dislike does arise, reaching out to SmartAdvocate usually remedies our dislikes. For example, the recommendation was to set up multiplaintiff parties under one case number.
  • It is both a good and a bad thing how much information can be stored into SA.

  • The ability to view logs, line-ups and positive recognitions in this system are so easy. The fact that hazards & controls can be linked right to the line-up.
  • It's ease of use in the field permits improved communication between supervisors, peers and management.
  • Cons

  • At this time, I am still awaiting the Risk Management module however the release is scheduled for Q1 2021.
  • Some of the features that could be improved would be the notification software - Similar to Facebook or other social media platforms theres no mistaking when someone tags you or prompts something.
