The software itself was very easy to use. We had a slightly different need when we started and the staff at IMS was great to respond to our needs.

Very user friendly and helps us with distributions, K-1s, tracking communications.

I like that there is an email functionality embedded and that investors are generally able to retrieve their documents on the portal seamlessly.

The only complaint is setting up some of the more complicated calculations for distributions when there are waterfall calculations.

The K-1 matching engine and the ease with which we can communicate with our clients and get them the up to date information they need.

It also helps us to be more process oriented and in control of our touch points with investors. The software is constantly being improved and bugs are quickly fixed.

Ease of use and functionality of the software.

Overall, very happy that we moved over to them because it has saved us a lot of headaches and time with managing our capital partners.

It is amazingly fast to do capital calls and have it ready to send to investors.

7 online reporting portal - easy to use and modify - streamlines marketing and ops for future capital raises. Online incorporation with DocuSign.

It has been difficult for me to reuse emails that we often send to investors without having to retype them.
