The software itself was very easy to use. We had a slightly different need when we started and the staff at IMS was great to respond to our needs.

Very user friendly and helps us with distributions, K-1s, tracking communications.

I like that there is an email functionality embedded and that investors are generally able to retrieve their documents on the portal seamlessly.

The only complaint is setting up some of the more complicated calculations for distributions when there are waterfall calculations.

The K-1 matching engine and the ease with which we can communicate with our clients and get them the up to date information they need.

It also helps us to be more process oriented and in control of our touch points with investors. The software is constantly being improved and bugs are quickly fixed.

MRI is user friendly and easy to learn. There are many different was to use the software from accounting to record keeping.

MRI GREAT SOFTWARE FOR FINANCIALS AND RECORD KEEPING.

It was a good package and the site I paid for to built was excellent as was their help but this is when they were Thesaurus when they were bought over by MRI this all changed unfortunately.

What I like the most about the software is that you can add as many functions as you want, and have that functionality specifically tailored to your business needs.

I like the windows version of MRI as its very user friendly and fast. The reporting and windowed setup is great for running multiple reports over and over.

I love how easy the software was to set up and how seamless it is.

I've had CallMax/MRI on my multi site properties for years, I love the option of texting and emailing blasts to residents and pricing is very reasonable. I like the automated answering service too.

I doubt MRI will reduce annual cost to make up for the loss of a program that we are receiving and paying for with the current software. Billing detail could be clearer.
