Easy to use and works great with IoT based hardware, like our Point of Sale systems. Many options to configure how you want to install software to run from Google Cloud IoT.

Provides some handy templates and guides for getting started with common IOT features like networking and monitoring.

What I like best about this application is that it securely connects my existing device network to a new one,  and allows me to have multiple two-way connections great for fast communication.

The software compatibility across devises and platforms is very impressive. We have had very, very few connection issues.

The ability to connect multiple devices of various types to one centralized location using MQTT OR http.

Its integration with Android SDK and the highest level of compatibility with our mobile apps has made the experience even better.

What I like most about Google Cloud is the quick deployment of web apps, can create different environments for testing. I also did not experience downtime so far.

The only disadvantage that you see is Our data files are located in a remote place so we lose their direct control and this control happens to be in charge of the company providing the service.

Positive and the pricing is better than others for many of the features we needed. Would recommend to anyone needed a value based IoT Cloud hosting solution.

Google cloud IoT is a good software to have security and connections all around the world in easy steps.

Its, hard in starting but with tje passage of time anyone can get used to it.

Ahh, simulation linkage with this product is really hard.

The daily reports were so flawed due to the apathetic machinists we soon gave up.

It allows for simple metrics that drive bottom line results. I saw immediate changes to how our machinists decided to process jobs as they got visual feedback of the importance of spindle uptime.

The overall experience is pleasurable. The technical support we receive is always second to none.

Overall I am satisfied with Shiftworx. We using the Lite version and hope that in the future we can expand to have more capability.

The technical expertise in Australia is limited.

We have made an overall machine efficiency improvement of 15% in the last 2 years using shiftworx to monitor the progress.

The product is very easy to use , the best thing I liked about the product is that I can monitor all the spindle time on every machine from the cottage or from the office at work.

Ability to effectively display production information real time and quickly identify/correct issues as they arise.

Any roadblocks I hit the support team was great. B. It is daunting at first when looking at the all of the available data and reporting and KPI options.

After the initial set up, everything has been running rather smoothly. It's great that I can access the real-time data via the web-based dashboard.
