User interface, Historical data browsing is quite bad (there is a solution for that though).

Overwhelming amount of options that aren't that well organized or explained, tricky to manage services and hosts.

Best Budget monitoring software, but you get what you pay for.

If you can script it, you can do it. I really like the ability to customize nearly everything so that the software exactly fits your needs.

Price performance ratio in the Enterprise Edition very good. Most of the configuration can be done via the GUI with the additional option to do it on the console.

The easy install and configuration via Web Interface. Interfacing to other products like Grafana or i-Doit.

The ability to monitor almost every device with small to little effort is great.

Also helps with automated SLA reports und software/hardware inventory. Great value for your money, there is also a community edition for tight budgets.

The rule based configuration is one of the key features why Checkmk is superior. Performance is great, even in bigger setups (>2000 hosts).

We want to know and be informed about Problems at the Principal node, this way we can easily spare thousand of Info Mails and find it without  spend hours find out where the real Problem is.

Checkmk offers a steep learning curve and the benefits you're getting from it are great and I personally  learned a lots of new things with the help of Checkmk.

We liked the thousend of customizing possibilities to build the monitoring for our needs.

The insights you're getting from it are great and help to resolve problems even before they are real problems. One of the greatest things is the opensource edition (RAW Edition) of Checkmk.

Customisable dashboards have been very useful. Integration with automated configuration has been straight-forward.

Solid, friendly, and very knowledgeable team behind the product.

That we could install it & set it up ourselves, which avoided six-figure installation costs to a third party.

If you know how to use Excel you can create and edit dashboards...it's that easy. It is straight forward to connect to machines and get data out of them very quickly.

The data coming from a DXM to  Sensortrx was not reliable. Spent alot time narrowing down the problem.

It is getting more and more important with integration with other systems like ERP and other systems and Sensrtrx has a good solution for this need.

Straightforward layout that provides powerful and useful information that we can use to immediately impact our efficiencies.

These guys were super helpful all the way (even after-sale and implementation). They have helped us eliminate a lot of waste and increase our throughput.

Mingo continues to provide low-cost easy to implement solutions for businesses like ours that make it a very easy solution to use without having to add additional people to manage the platform.

Looking forward to finding more ways to use the ST platform to help make us better. The staff is great to work with in finding ways to integrate the software into our model, and open to feedback.

Great technology, great solution by the support team. Really understanding the needs of manufacturers and how to drive visual solutions and ease of use.

Does not work well when you have co part and you want to run only one part on the machine as this is reducing the OEE unless you adjust manually.

The extreme configurability has a downside, so many options and variables to learn. As a relatively new user I'd prefer a simpler starting point.

The platform itself is a good concept and easy to use.

The structure/architecture of the software is very logical and is easy to configure. It is great to be able to configure for different plants also geographically separated and in different time zones.
