Great absolutely great this is a great way to make sure you have all the appointments and your services set up for your next pet friendly clientele.

People are double charged if not done one at a time. Software creates duplicate time slots for employees which crash the system and make random appointments disappear from the calendar.

Unfortunately this software has caused numerous problems. On average we 5-6 random appointments show up that 123 pets sent reminders for but we have to appointment on record.

I love the automated reminder emails and text. I also love the ready for pick up text.

Before I got into the entertainment field, I was in business with my sister and we owned a small grooming salon. This software was the best.

Disappointed, frustrating, stressful. Now have to switch to another company.

I have the credit card processor through cardpointe integrated in 123 pet groom also and it has worked very smoothly and beat my bank merchant service pricing.

The software architecture is old - I pay for the pro which is a local install on a primary pc.

The marketing part for email campaigns was good. Automatic reminder feature too.

I love that I have my work schedule in a very quick second and also I have had excellent customer support.

We purchased the POS all in one system and there are very little instructions on the POS system. I cant figure out how to reverse or cancel a transaction.

So if a client used a daycare used petexec, i cannot use their email as their username, because the other company ALSO used it as the username. This is def my number 1 complaint.

The unic problem that Theo have is a Wasted space.

Sometimes, the answers aren't particularly intuitive. I find refunds, for example, to be exceptionally difficult to process correctly.

When you're starting a business there are a thousand things you must pay for and it's overwhelming.

It is easy to use and we find it intuitive. We love the fact that we can be paperless, as well as the credit card integration.

The online chat function is wonderful and its fairly customizable and ease of use is medicore once you learn how to use the software.

PetExec is the best software I have found for this industry. It has a great price and can easily be manipulated for most day-to-day tasks.

We no longer use that feature due to the loss, which was very aggravating.

Can be confusing at the start but is leaned very quickly.
