PetLinx is really easy to use. What I like most about this software is the fast variety of jobs I can do with it.

I feel this is  a user friendly software that will help me save time and money in bookings.

Reporting is good, able to keep track of who owes money.

The software really helps us organize the crazy task of booking dog grooms. We are a busy store and it helps make it easier.

Updates easily integrated. Easily see daily, monthly, yearly bookings.

It can be hard to train new staff with this software.

Can't change invoices if you mess up on it at all.

Customer service/tech support is amazing. Any questions I had were usually answered via email usually within a few hours, and sometimes within minutes.

Greatly appreciated in setting up new business, as it had everything we need in one spot.

I started with the built in tutorials which were very easy to follow along with for initial setup and getting to know the modules.

They have an app that they are working on. Right now I have crashing problems.

Overall I thought the customer service has been great. We haven't been able to really use Petlinx to its full potential yet but when we finally switch over I am confident it will meet our needs.

The use of vaccination information is an excellent feature and related reports and how this can be integrated into communications with guests.

To back up their great product, the customer support is awesome. These guys really listen to what their customers want and act quickly.

We also have trouble reporting on invoicing for a specific period (invoicing for that period of bookings) as opposed to the booking report.

This software is robust but with an easy user experience.

It has continued to prove mostly straightforward with useful help sections or videos which explain in easy to understand language.

The calendar feature is terrific because you can see the whole month and which dog is where and for how long when you are deciding  where to put dogs.

Due to the regular updates, Revelation Pets is getting better and better and in many areas can be individually adapted to your own needs.

But I have a small kennel (7 runs, 2 crates, and 3 cat cages) so the cost of software was prohibitive. Especially as I only board, no other services.

Also I love the various different reports (sales, payments, outstanding payments, occupancy).

My experience with Revelation Pets is more than great. User friendly, data is easy to find, regular updates and great customer service.

I like the customer service and cost the most. Your support team has been helpful, quick in response and nice even when we have silly questions.

I was worried about purchasing because they are based out of the UK, but that has not been an issue at all. Super fast and nice customer service, and great software.

The use of electronic payments for things like deposits and appointments. The appearance is clean and slimline and looks very professional.

It has a well rounded feature set including customer reminders, various adjustable report settings and integration with third party software.

I love that I can take bookings or view information on anything with a browser including my phone and it looks great and is easy to use on that too.

I still have trouble navigating it. I often think I'm adding information in the correct place and then I loose the screen.
