Nothing. This software is so dated, complicated, difficult to use, not user-friendly. I feel like I am transported back to the year 2001 when I have to use Kaseware.

Kaseware Administrator
Basically the user would put in a ticket describing their issue, the bad thing was if the users did not describe the issue correctly it was an issue of trying to figure out what they were wanting.
PROSThe email feature was very helpful, It is nice to be able to email users from the ticket.
CONSThere were too many selection in this product to choose from and became very hard to use.
Reason for choosing Kaseware
It was cheaper and the company we were contracted to owned to software.
