I love that I can access Apricot from any computer. It is great to pull reports and gather data so quickly.

Customer Service is excellent through Manage services. They are always willing to make my problem so much better.

Difficult learning curve especially for our unique context. As the organization has grown rapidly there have been dropped balls in management of our account.

Our current setup seems to be more difficult to generate reports than what was demonstrated prior to purchase.

It is expensive and can be confusing to make changes.

Having the capability to build graphics and bulletins on the fly is great for communicating importance/ sense of urgency with the data and goals.

I had heard a lot of negative experience with the Efforts to Outcomes system however they had the analytics capabilities that others didn't.

Customer service is incredible, the best I have experienced with a software company. They respond promptly and help to explain and resolve your problem.

It is decently easy to build and run specific reports. A report can be created for just about all of your needs.

Poor communication and overpriced for small non-profit case management.

The only thing I struggle with is setting up new users. It' s just not as intuitive as the rest of the product.

Not knowing where we are with issues that are in development for fixing problems.

Apricot hasn't evolved at the same pace of the industry but once you are bought in it's difficult to move on to another software provider.

It's flexibility and ease of use really is a blessing.

Our experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend purchasing this product unless these client relations problems get fixed.

I enter data for my clients on a daily basis. This is pretty easy to use and understand.

In using Apricot (under its previous owner CTK) for years, we couldn't have said enough wonderful things about it. It was affordable, flexible, and robust in its capability.

I like how apricot is a website but also has a data base on the back end.

It was bad about not saving material and you had to put the same information in multiple times. It would freeze up a lot.

Easy to use and very friendly, great application and integrates well with other applications.

Although I haven’t had the chance to try out all that many products focused on non-profits exlcusively, I would have to say this one is my favorite.

On top of all of this, existing subscribers prior to the transition will be hit with a 10% increase in their contracts year over year until it reaches their current pricing model.

It was so hard to work with had to kept repeating same information.

Having several options also helps with it's user friendliness, you can get to the same destination from different paths and not break anything in the system while doing so.

RSS has been a customer of Foothold Technology since 2008. Foothold delivers an efficient and cost effective product for a variety of program types.

We also find the HelpDesk people to be very accommodating when they can, and the new HelpDesk feature (using email) has been great so far.

Our overall experience with AWARDS has been positive. Our implementation specialist was wonderful, as was our temporary support person who assisted us with reviewing survey results with management.

We were able to develop an acceptable work-around, but it delayed the roll-out by a month or two.

Is helpful in streamlining the overall process for all users. We share ideas, forms, best practices, and sometimes resources.

Foothold technologies pushed AWARDS to keep up with those requirements at a reasonable cost.

Having to constantly use backdating is a bit annoying but that may be part of our individual account, I'm not sure as I'm not an administrator for it.

The Foothold/AWARDS staff are responsive and great to work with. Overall ease of use is great.

Tickler messages are sent to each staff warning them of upcoming service plans or other assessments that are due for clients on their caseload.

There are customizations that you can create for your own purposes. The team is easy to speak with and I appreciate that they really have a focus on quality.

Although the site is accessible from a mobile device, it is difficult to navigate the site on a small mobile devices while in the field.

Again, the support we have received from our configuration consultant and the Foothold help team has been instrumental in our success.

AWARDS is an easy to use, comprehensive tool designed for human services organizations.

The support team at Foothold is very responsive and helpful. The system is pretty user friendly as well and the reporting feature is fantastic.

All items related, no need to enter the same information twice for a client.

I appreciate the ease of use with AWARDS, it has kept up with the changes in regulatory systems over our years of using the software.

Following our implementation phase, we were assigned a senior consultant whom we quickly discovered is equally responsive and helpful.

Currently there is a lot of data manipulation to capture the same information.
