CONSThat WC cases are set up like PI cases. There should be an employer/Insurer, not defendant.

The best case Mangement software I have ever used
It's the best legal case management software I have ever used. I feel like if more offices had access to it they would see an improvement in performance within the first few months.
PROSCASEpeer is very easy to use and keep track of cases. Everything is easy to locate, which makes managing cases simple. It has helped me become more productive in my job and take on more responsibilities.
CONSI don't like how long it takes for documents to load in the documents tab.

fairly good for the type of load we have, but wish it has more flexibility with catering to law firms that has multi legal practice

Work flow issues ignored
The customer service I have received over issues that could be helpful in providing better workflow management have been dismissive.
PROSCASEpeer does not stand out from other case management software.
CONSA year ago, I emailed requesting a fix on a field that could help with making more templates available. The witness tab does not allow for us to add a corporation, only a person. If a corporation option was available, the templates could be used to help streamline our workflow. recently, a second issue came up regarding our workflow and adding a frequency button option on tasks (i.e. call client - 2-week button). I was told you were not able to add that, due to your other clients with hundreds of cases. Instead of adding options to improve our workflow we get an update on adding a 3rd gender.
