  • Pros

  • The product is feature-rich and user friendly. The supplier is supportive and agile on feature development and customer success.
  • The C# integration was straight forward, and easy to implement checks and validations at a basic level. Making it easy to deploy an MVP quickly.
  • Cons

  • Given what we've been doing internally to get that sorted out, I'm not surprised.
  • Also limited view on license usage history. LicenseSpring has helped get around these issues though, so they are only minor concerns.

  • I like the customization alerts on the product. It is not only easy to see the hardware that is on our network, but the software installed as well.
  • We use it for tracking assets and patient kiosks. We also track basic usage of these machine.
  • Cons

  • A little difficult to deploy software packages.
  • I had tried myself and failed and had to contact support so that they could remote in and set everything. The same also happened on the last update.
