  • Pros

  • The ease of use to set up for the business was a great advantage to using the third-party software. Clear and concise menu layout - a very uncluttered dashboard and the suits me just fine.
  • Ease of use , easy to listen to and understand the use of the slides and answers.
  • Cons

  • I am facing that some of slides are not always open directly and some time broken. It is also makes some information old practices.
  • The course content can be very tedious to work through and although the content is very informative, it's presented in a very dry format making it very dull.

  • The ability to add content, creating courses applicable to my organization, is an efficient process as well as cost effective.
  • Schoox is full of features and functions like tracking and reporting, but the best thing we liked about Schoox is its complexity and ability to grow with us as our company grows.
  • Cons

  • I also received a notification that a former employee has added me to our academy, but I am still receiving error messages when I attempt to access.
  • They can't explain how the leader board works and when I prove there is an error in the listing they blame it on others. They have not responded to several emails about website issues.
