We are a healthcare company with over 33,000 employees. We have a user of the ATS for many years. We are very excited about moving to the new platform. The upgrade has been well staged and we are excited about the new product. We may consider more modules in the future

One of the best ATS

TechnoMedia has features that combines all other mature products offer only bits and pieces( such as Taleo, Icims, peoplesoft) .. easy to configure, flexible enough to customize. Highly recommended!!

TMS is great for employees

PROS

What I like about it is that it has all training the employee needs and tests. It is a great way to maintain your employees active in their professional growth

CONS

No cons. Sometimes it is a little bit slow. Perhaps depends on the system you are using it. For the rest it is a good tool
