Easy, Efficient and professional
The user interface is excellent, and the courses thorough. All our customers tell us how good the courses are.
CONSThe administration side of things isn't always intuitive, and tracking various customer orders can get confusing unless you know all the specifics of what you want to look at.

Easy to use for admin and users, can author own modules and edit existing ones, flexible and customisable modules and system admin, great support available
CONSSomewhat restricted with the authoring tool without HTML experience, in terms of interactivity, although the system can host SCORM compliant modules from other software

Straightforward interface adapted for our organisation, with good, responsive customer support.
Customisable e-learning and risk assessments with organisation-specific user interface.
PROSWell adapted to our organisation, in terms of user interface and e-learning / risk assessment content.
CONSAdditional user guidance videos would be appreciated - they are more user friendly than the Administrators' Guide. This would be particularly useful for some of the tasks that line mangers should perform (they are not as familiar as general system administrators), e.g. progressing / resolving actions raised from risk assessments.

Staff have been friendly, positive and easy to work with even across different geographies
The system is easy to use, and easily modifiable to meet our needs. It provides a range of option on how staff can be tested on the learning material.
CONSIt would be great if the size of the display area could be larger to allow for more content, graphics or user interaction.

Excellent, helping us manage our training in one place
Managing training ensuring conformance for both Safety and Business functions
PROSSimple straightforward. The course have been well received by the staff. Helping with conformance on procedures and safety systems.
CONSTook a little while to get used to creating courses and publishing them but once you have done it a couple of times is really good
