It has days when it stops working/notifying you of trips.

I like that this app runs quietly in the background tracking my trips. I sell real estate and this is app is so valuable to keeping track of my business miles.

I'm finding out the hard way that it loses trips and data (I know this conclusively because they show up in my Google Maps time line, but NOT in Everlance).

In the beginning it started out great. Easy to use, free, and seemed pretty accurate.

The software is very user friendly. There are all sorts of classifications to help keep things organized.

And probably the best of all is you can have all the information sent to you via email in a detailed excel spreadsheet including the images for expense logs.

I use only the free version, but I only go on a few trips a week, so it is worth it. The reminder emails are a great tool as well.

Everlance is a wonderful, quick and affordable way to track expenses and mileage.

Miles were incorrectly  documented,  and it shit off alot especially during my peak hours doing my catering orders.

The app can be clunky, fail at times, causing issues with tracking deductions. In some instances with trips, I've lost two or three legs (out of maybe 10).

This is great for someone who doesn't always travel for business and needs to split trips between personal and business for tax purposes.

I started my own business last year which involves a lot of traveling, so naturally, I was looking for a solution to track mileage, revenue and expenses.

I was happy to stumble across this software which was within my price range (completely free with the option to upgrade) and very simple to use.

It's been a great resource to use to track my mileage. I like that it is always on and that I can review the travel at the end of the day.

As someone who has done ride share and delivery, this app saved me a lot of time. It is so easy to use and is so helpful if you are self-employed.

M pretty neutral about it. Because it doesn't integrate well, we haven't used it much.

This system is great for my remote team that does not report directly to the office.

It tracks mileage as needed, without anything too fancy or complicated. The price is by far the best we've found for this kind of service.

We were using MileIQ and switched to TripLog and it's been much better for us. Better price and I like that it has the Apple Watch app.

Sync with your phone GPS or manually input - the ease of reporting is great for employees, and even for those who are self-employed. Valuable, inexpensive tool.

Overall, the software is easy to use and has served it's purpose.

It was confusing to switch from business use and personal use. You have to go back into each log to change it.

Once the app is working correctly it's a great tool and keeps track of our mileage great.

Canceled my contract after one year (soonest I could)  The program was full of bugs and glitches, very unhappy with it.

We absolutely love this software. We have tried 2 other application prior to Triplog and had nothing but issues.

That is more of a personal issue than a complaint about the app.

I love how you can take a picture of receipts and include with the trip mileage.

The overall appearance of the website and the adaprabiltiy to cellular devices are nice and clean and load quickly without issue.

A previous app we used had inaccurate mileage readings, would fail to track, etc. But we haven't experienced any issues with this app.

Days go by and no response from him. I guess if your not a self-help guy, you can wait and your concerns fall through the cracks.

Sometimes it's aggravating to have to remember to enable the tracking when I get in the car.

Also like that the app provides you the flexibility of placing more than one vehicle as many households have two vehicles.

It keeps track of my miles for work travel. I love that it is easy to sync with Quick Books as well.

I liked that it would track where people were going.

I will say the desktop version can be somewhat confusing at first.

It is extremely difficult to set it up for companies with multiple vehicles under one account. Even after precisely following the setup steps, the system does not work as advertised.

I stopped using it after the trial as I thought it was confusing to use and didn’t get a hang of it right away.

It was hard to integrate into processes and feed into accounting system.

The sales rep I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a few links during the implementation of this app and Support was very easy to work with.

It is good, the main issue as a admin is the monthly questions about trips that have messed.

I'm pretty neutral about it. Because it doesn't integrate well, we haven't used it much.

Hopefully when I quit this they heed my feedback and change a little.

Policies of the company are onerous and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced if you want to cancel or get help/communication.
