The problems solved are customer boredom, having to constantly monitor or adjust a bus movie, which has other issues, and any working customers seem to get their work done while riding on the bus.

Eyeride works. It was very easy to set up and use. After a month with the unit, I applied a password to keep cars from trailing the bus to use the wifi signal. I advise customers of it, they log on, and I never hear anything else. I have to ASK them to ensure it's working. Speed is very good. Universal glowing reviews.

If there was anything, the unit developed a problem with a simcard replacement. Eyeride sent me a new one within a week, so no further problem

Very happy with the platform. I've been using it 2+ years now and it's for sure saved me money on managing my fleet and made me more in control of it.

I like the EYERIDE platform due to its ease of use and thoroughness of solution. Unlike other platforms that tackle one or two issues with our fleet, EYERIDE does a good job giving a 360 solution for the fleet.

The implementation is challenging but definitely worth it. This is a very robust platform and as such you have to put resources into proper implementation.

After using multiple services that were unreliable we finally found them. Very reliable, video quality is great, admin system is easy to operate and very customizable.
