Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy interface, large font, easy to read, excellent support, upgrades very easy across all computers!!!

  • The scheduling and quality modules are a must have, they work great.

  • Cons

  • The scheduling module takes a bit longer to master but that is probably due to the nature of our busines..

  • none that i have found. A few bugs and similar issues but they are always resolved quickly.

  • Pros

  • Great interface and a very intuitive organization of features. Things seem to make a lot of sense to new people we train.

  • Very easy to use. Super intuitive. I recommend it to small businesses.

  • Cons

  • I wish their reports were a little more customizable on our end. We are used to QB reports which are easily customized to our need with filters, etc. They do offer custom reports, but for a fee.

  • Overall, all good. But, plugins could be a bit more affordable to purchase.
