They provide a full team of support to help get it up and running. Their support team contiues to be there when needed.

Lots of windows opened for all the different modules. Lack of online access to modules.

Genius is not the best tool to follow inventory movements with custom reports (as SAP does it very well). It would be usefull to get features improved for that.

Our integration team was amazing, they went above and beyond to understand the business and successfully customized genius to match our processes which was no small task.

Using genius has increased our average office departments capacity over 30% that is creating time to work on more complex projects with a higher quality of work.

Prepare to pay for every little thing, while a service contract has updates included in them, there are still fees for them to install those updates.

I like it is fully compatible with Solidworks. Easy to learn and maintain inventory.

The software is working, roughly 6 months after starting implementation and we already are reaping the benefits.

It is a very logical interface to understand, and integrates well with our Payroll platform.

I have often been very frustrated when I had to spend an hour or even 2 hours sometimes to get a simple question answered that could literally have been done in less then 5 minutes.

I am looking to upgrade our system, because it is by far one of the worst (least intuitive) accounting software programs I've ever used (and I've been in the industry for 10+ years).

Genius tracks all costs to each machine which gives great visibility into our margins that we can trace all the way to our financial reports.

They work amazing with all sizes of companies, but we felt as a small company that they worked better than others companies we looked at when it came to price and ease of implementing.

Their security is as robust or simple as you'd like it to be. Lastly, if you're familiar with SQL databases, they have a very nice interface through their own Analytics Product and Power BI.

Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

The ease to learn the flow of the system, the ease of adaptation to the customer's requirement. The speed in the use of the database.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

Odoo is an excellent system that integrates all areas of the company in the same platform, ideal for growing companies.

Odoo is very good, practical and easy to use ERP software. Easy customization that fulfils every clients' organizational needs.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.
