I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

We really switched over to ERP for advanced pricing, the problem being is sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

The things I like best about TrueERP is that it is user-friendly and straightforward. It also makes invoicing very easy.

I feel that there are functions that we are not using fully or even correctly due to lack of knowledge rather than anything with the software itself.

As mentioned, its very easy to use with the sections being set out in a logical order. The support is fantastic, very responsive.

The part I like best is the ease of use. You can get where you want to be quick.

The product is easy to use and I love the customization portion. The inventory management is seamless and in real time.

Only that with the last update some of our templates were affected & some preferences were changed which was a little time consuming to fix.

So instead of saying that was something they missed, they force me to pay $1,500 in order to get that change.

We have had this issue before with numbers not working. The support I can get thru to leave a message is based out of Hawaii.

It does help me manage the daily business, I think it’s good and it does what I want it to do.

If I leave and go away for a job it will log me off and I have to log back in.

They made one excuse after another and it became evident that they had no experience in EDI connections with major retailers and did not have a clue on how to make an interface work.

The system is not flexible. We were told it would interface with SolidWorks, this has yet to happen.

Like most ERP software it has similar functions. There is no difference from other software.

So far I haven't seen anything they are missing though.

It allows you to control the inventory accurately and easily. The interface is user friendly and doesn't take much effort to learn.

Great customer service, it's user friendly and very reasonably priced.
