Does a great job of managing files and 3D models
It does a great job of managing you project files and, especially, your 3D models.
PROSIt does a great job of managing files and 3D models. It's well thought out and designed specifically to work with your 3D modeling software.
CONSIt's not the easiest software to use, but it's doing a difficult job, and the alternatives aren't going to be any better.

Used it to download part bill of materials
Central data handling multiple users can handle the data very advantageous for huge organization struggling with data management
PROSVast amount of data can be stored and even though a huge organization like mine which has multiple design locations and different factories data can be handled from the software
CONSImprove the CAD interface and also multiple part BOM download can be made little more intuitive and better from data analysis
