It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

I would say I am happy overall. Great product and have got the customer support whenever I needed.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

Similarly, the search bar collapses and expands when clicked off and on.

Image Relay helps us to organize, share and categorize our imagery, publications, videos and important documents in a way that is intuitive, easy to use and very effective.

Not sure I have experienced any negative  issues with the software.

I really like how easy it is to share files with my employees and with clients. I have my photographer upload images directly, which is super convenient.

Overall, Image Relay is a solid product and the interface is good. Customer support has always been responsive and good.

Ease of use, great tool for sharing large assets and organizing assets.

My only complaint is the lack of fully robust link tracking, but since we primarily use ImageRelay internally, this is not a dealbreaker.

User friendly, effective and affordable service.

The way that permissions are assigned is hard to manage if you have a lot of folders and people who need different access.

I originally found it when I worked for a large Estee Lauder brand, and when I switched jobs to a smaller, start-up company, I immediately integrated it. I recommended it today to a photographer.

This also helps us in our estimates as well, and shorter project work time, means less cost to the client, something they always appreciate.

It's easy to navigate, has a quick upload time, and flexible pricing. Our team can quickly locate needed files and share them with clients at the click of a button, no matter the file type or size.

Can't organize by folder names. Hard to manage folder directories with online dragging.

There are many aspects of Image Relay that are very helpful. The ability to tag each photo with multiple keywords allows for easy cataloging, indexing, and retrieving of images.

Image Relay is a great choice for storing and sharing assets with clients and partners.

This seems obvious to me but it's been my only complaint so far.

There's a somewhat confusing overlap between keywords and tags when adding metadata to files.

Creating collections was also a very good tool we often used for providing photography and assets to media and other external individuals without needing to provide login credentials.

The fixed price means you can upload as much as you want and have unlimited users.

Overall we are very happy with the system it is visually appealing and makes the search experience more intuitive and our customers and staff feel it is a much improved way of retrieving images.

It integrated easily with our user database for single sign-on, and support is responsive via an in-window chat screen. There are plenty of useful features like collections.

From start to finish the team at Image Relay is fantastic. The software delivers what they promise and the sales and support team is the best in the business.
