SocialPilot is a cloud-based social media marketing and analytics solution for businesses of all sizes. It offers calendar management, branding, scheduling, client management and reporting functionalities within a suite. Android and iOS apps available.

SocialPilot integrates with social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram and Pinterest. The software features bulk scheduling, which allows users to create and schedule posts across different social media accounts from a single portal.

SocialPilot also offers a calendar feature, which allows users to track social media posts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Users can apply filters to the calendar and view posts by accounts and groups. The calendar interface allows users to drag and drop posts to reschedule them.

Users can also track metrics for the performance of social media campaigns for each website, such as content engagement, audience growth, demographics, influencers and competitors.

Pros

I have used SocialPilot for Email Marketing and Running Social Campaigns for my previous organizations and It always gave a good ROI. I'll recommend to all social media marketing professionals to always try SocialPilot before making any decision for social media marketing applications.

Cons

As of i am really not sure if it has any cons but it is on the expensive side. Always go for free trial and then make decision whether it will be good for your company or not.

Solving the problem of scheduling posts well in advance.

Pros

Ease of use, cost effective and contains all the features I need.

Cons

The Instagram post functionality is very clunky. I understand this is due to Instagram’s API, however any future changes that can make the posting automated would be greatly appreciated.

Decent! I wish it could auto-post to IG, bur otherwise it does exactly what I needed it to do.

Pillowfort.io posting ability would be a nice addition.

Pros

The ability to queue up posts to multiple social network sites, and the ability to re-share previously made posts is really nice.

Cons

I would like a way to easily organize previously made posts, so that I can easily find older posts for re-sharing purposes, without having to spend a lot of time searching. I would especially like it if switching the posting option to "share now" didn't share it immediately, but rather that I would have to click it again, just so I can review my post once more before sending.

I paid for a membership up upgrade but didn't find the content what I was looking for. I also didn't find it easy to use when scheduling.

Pros

It's nice that it can go to multiple platforms but it's not very easy to schedule in my opinion.

Cons

Lack of ease of use for scheduling and finding posts I liked and find engaging.

What has impressed me most was having such great tools, at an affordable price, and then having a live demo when I signed up for my trial! All this and support too! This is why I refer this program to my clients who want to manage their own social media.

Pros

I love working off of one dashboard, feel like part of mission control! Great features, that have not only saved me time (and time is money) but have allowed me to add more value to what I offer my clients.

Cons

Still struggling with creating reports and the 3rd party app thingy with Instagram.

I previously used individual platforms for posts. This makes hitting them all at once a much simpler chore. Thanks SocialPilot!

Pros

I love how easy it is to hit all my social sites with one simple post creation and submittal.

Cons

I'm not crazy about setting up the "groups" at the outset. Not sure if that can ever be automated, but it's a bit of a pain to link everything prior to your first post.

It was obviously created in India and it's supported by Indians, so those in the United States might not appreciate that, but overall the tool is definitely worth the money. They look to be one of the few groups that support video feeds, in which I'm really interested.

Pros

It's pretty easy to set up. Eventually they're going to accept video feeds which is lovely.

Cons

I do not like the navigation or the ux it's slightly non-intuitive.

Social Pilot allows me to utilize old posts. I can look back and see if there is anything that may be important to reshare. I then can easily schedule those posts to target my specific needs.

Pros

I like how easy it is to get started with this software. It is very intuitive.

Cons

I would like more reports specific to the types of social media. I would like more analytics on Facebook and Twitter.

Social Pilot is making it much simpler to post to multiple Social Media accounts and we plan to use it extensively in the future for upcoming campaigns.

Pros

Truthfully, the product works very well and for the most part does what I expected it to do.

Cons

The Instagram posting is a little tricky to master and when you get it to work correctly, it works well. The problem is remembering the steps to post to Instagram.

The platform works very well and it's definitely tailored for all team sizes. The data featured in the app is extremely useful and easy to follow and comprehend. Social pilot is an essential tool for managing the reach of your company and how well you are connecting with your target audience. From here you can work to improve where needed. It's very easy to digest.

Cons

Although they offer different plans, the pricing can be a bit challenging to put up with for smaller teams. Also the apps can be a bit slow and the user interface could use some improvement, as it's not as intuitive as it should be.

I can manage the social media accounts of 25 real estate agents, and with bulk scheduling, get months of posts lined up in a day. Great value, and they offer an intro training session for free, which was mostly helpful.

Pros

The groups feature is huge, allowing me to post to a specific group of 20 or so accounts, but leaving a different set of 10 accounts off the post. The bulk upload works. They could make a sample template that is a bit more explanatory. The pricing, should it remain unchanged, rocks. I don't understand the greed at a few of their competitors. Pretty good analytics too.

Cons

Instagram HAS opened their API to 3rd party companies such as later.com for automated scheduling and POSTING of Instagram posts. It is unfortunate that SP has not gotten this functionality yet. Perhaps my biggest gripe, is a missing feature: I should be able to post an article to 10 different accounts on the spot, using SHARE NOW, and have those posts get sent 2-3 minutes apart to avoid FB bots seeing a bulk posting occurring. One of their competitors offers this feature, so it can be done. They don't see the need for it at SP. This forces me to move posts around on the calendar, and with 30 accounts on a calendar that you can't zoom in on, it is a headache! I'd also like to see video posting enabled as a bulk post feature...

Even though it's a separate software, by focusing exclusively on social media you get all of the benefits out of that. I love it and never have to worry about glitches/feel like I have to check if something posted or not.

The multiple client dashboard feature is affordable compared with other solutions, and this one has LinkedIn analytics. That almost makes it a unicorn in the forest.

Pros

I looked forever for a social media management tool that would give me a wider range of accounts than other dashboards, with great analytics, and the ability to handle each client's accounts as part of a "group" of accounts. Social Pilot meets all these criteria.

Cons

The need to create the client account groupings has to happen for every person who uses the software. The administrator can't just create the groups and go. Also, it's almost a default to log endlessly repeating posts on all platforms. I'd like a better preview function that shows how to optimize each post for each platform. You really have to play with it for a while to figure out all the quirks. I'd say the free trial isn't quite long enough.

We choose to try its free trial because of its Instagram integration but noticed that you can't publish the post right on the dashboard. You need to confirm it from your phone which can be a hassle.
