Zoho Social is a good social media scheduling tool.
We loved the social media scheduling feature.
CONSAll is good with them . They have everything we needed for social sharing.

I am more social
Great experience and more time for me, I recommend it to everybody.
PROSEasy to setup and manage my content on the social networks I use for my business. The posts scheduling is the best feature I used until now because I don't have to be on my phone/pc all day to publish.
CONSI can say i didn`t find any cons for Zoho Social, everything works as should be.

Unresponsive, unhelpful support
The support was disappointing for the price. We did like having a single public URL for all clients to use for approvals/review.
PROSWe appreciated that there was ae reporting built in and that there was an option to quickly pause all content.
CONSCustomer support was awful. They were slow to respond, and once they did, the answer was usually "Sorry, that is not available" or "that is not something that can be done." There were no workarounds, no forwarding to development teams for future updates, and only uncaring, unhelpful responses.
Reasons for switching to Zoho Social
HeyOrca did not provide the Instagram API necessary to avoid manual push notifications to publish.

Great features, does what I need and good usability
I like the instagram preview of the grid and the easy usability, so far it works perfectly
CONScan't post on facebook personal timeline, but haven't seen that in any other app though either
