Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

I ended up choosing another product, but it wasn't because of any defect in the product. MAOR is both advanced and simple at the same time.

The ease of use, and the customer response time, initially and ongoing as needed. I like the customization options specifically for Martial Arts.

This system is extremely user friendly and it has been a smooth transition from our previous software. Very easy to navigate through all our memberships and features.

Website integration is awesome,  I use square for my business and as far as I know this is the only software that integrates square into there system.

The only one thing I have found that I have had trouble with is when I search for a member if they are frozen their name doesn't come up in the search. I have to go to the frozen tab to find them.

Eran goes out of his way to help and answers quickly. They were also willing to work with us on price which for a small school is greatly appreciated.

I like how easy it is for my students to pre-book their classes, the dashboard is awesome showing me who is attending for the day's sessions, and the emailing system is one of my most liked features.

I dislike not being able to give INDIVIDUAL stripes when a promotion is made. I can put stripes on the color belts, but it shows everyone with the same stripes.

The setup is pretty simple and easily integrates with payment software. The FrontDesk option is a nice feature for allowing students to check in.
