Its a great software to acquire all its features are well customized to meet patient-doctor needs, it makes medical practice very easy and connects you with a great network of service providers who make your work more easier.
Being cloud based makes it easy to store and retrieve records from anywhere anytime, easy to use, connects with very many service providers e.g. imaging, laboratories, pharmacies and chemists and many others making it easy to offer e-health care to patients from remote locations. Great features and the cloud storage is secure and always accessible through the web portal. All you require is log in to your account and retrieve or store records. Also makes billing a simple process for patients attracting many of them.
Everything is great, the features are all functioning well and at ease no much skills are needed.Customer support needs to be faster in answering user questions especially new users. Everything just works.
