The price for this EHR is phenomenal and BestNotes has the potential to be great. I like that you can add your own customized forms.

It can be incredibly difficult to stay up to date on the ever-changing regulations.

I have never had a bad interaction with a Best Notes team member. Furthermore, they are very quick to support and to resolve issues.

I like the ability to quickly run the reports I need on a day to day basis.

What you get for the price seems to be fair and the program feels simple to understand and use.

Knowing that we have a  partner we can rely on to help keep us compliant though all of the changing regulations is a huge benefit to us.

Customer support has become horrendous. Can only use from their program.

The calendar feature for all of our therapists to coordinate has been extremely helpful. The group notes are automatically placed in the client file and has saved countless hours.

I like that the interface is user friendly and has a lot of features that are specifically useful within my field.

Being a completely separated app is inconvenient. Also , when the client signs in the EMAR that they have received their medications, their name does not appear in the electronic signature.

Thus the systems uses a lot of odd symbols from the 1990's (such as a floppy disk).

Though I am extremely pleased with the BestNotes platform, it is their customer care and industry knowledge that sets them apart.

I have used BestNotes for six years for one company with ease and the customer support is terrific.

I like this program, it helps keep patient details for clinically utility as well as administrative and liability purposes.

It's difficult to organize the chart and transfer records. When other programs are all using the same large MAR's the coordination of records is difficult.

I love this feature simply because, it ensures we are all on the same page, and collaboratively as a whole/team we are all directly involved in each clients treatment.

It is a very boring system to look at(looks very outdated). Though everything can communicate and be customized it is a very lengthy and confusing process.

What do I like most about BestNotes. I could say the intuitive, easy to use layout.

As a patient, not everyone has internet access. And some of the information on there can be confusing.

Worst is that it is inefficient. Also, that they will have a  feature we like and it will be broken with the next upgrade.

The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.

Difficulty to find needed information and navigating through charts, it’s just a confusing software.

Great features (if you can get them installed), good ease of use.

Overall, I love using this website for medical information and record updates. I love being able to schedule appointments for my kids and I, it makes it really easy.

Support team was very helpful on getting the software up and running. I love that this program is on the cloud and I can access it from anywhere and they information is stored in the cloud.

I dislike the fact that they don't have a bigger stack in the hospital industry of healthcare. I think this needs to change particularly with their api and interoperability stack.

Again this is so user friendly. I have found it easy to learn and navigate.

I did like the clear interface and the cost was reasonable. Easy log in and creating an account was simple.

I was never formally trained on the software, but I found it very confusing to use.

Very slow response times on reported software issues. Poor responses -seems to be automated responses.

Also, you aren't reimbursed always with a new lead when the contact info isn't correct for the lead. That means a loss of money for the user.

I requested the record for 2 weeks and still have not received the record. I had missed the deadline, now probably in contempt of court.

I love this software it helps me at work with helping  me take notes for the doctors. To be able to view patient medical and add if needed.

Every EHR system has its pros and cons, but I believe Nextgen Office has a very good combination of ease of  use and overall cost.

This is a frustrating industry dealing with insurance companies.

All in all it's a pretty good system, it just needs some adjusting in the report options and a few other areas.

It is a comprehensive package in that it integrates the clinical side with the billing side. They do update on a regular basis.

I like that this is so user friendly. I find that it is easy to pick up and use fast.

Limited Customization & Difficult Corporate Team.

It is extremely user friendly and straightforward. One of my favorite features is how you can set access and abilities for each user and their specific role/responsibilities.

Additionally, training for the entire product is needed if not you will easily get lost. The price of a system is also up there so we warned.

Customer service was fantastic when this was Healthfusion.

At $100 and $10/a lead, with one bad lead, no reimbursement equates to 10.

Easy to use rapid billing of insurance claims to insurance companies for chiropractic patients receiving care in my clinic. Great customer support from NextGen for problem claims.

Sometimes it malfunctions and came up with errors. I think it should be reprogrammed with debugging.

I was unhappy with the product because it slowed me down and required so much excess minutia in button clicking and scrolling. Overall it is a very inconvenient software to use.
