This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.

We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.

We have recommended this software to other chiropractors and will continue to do so. Very happy with the logistics of the software and ease of use.

I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

Overall a wonderful product that is always trying to improve and makes the entire office run more efficient and reliable.

I tried hard to make it work because I wanted to use this so badly, but I bailed after 14 months.

I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.

ERA's inaccurate, allocating of money makes patient balance hard to read, 20 step maneuver if there was an error, reports ridiculous to navigate. A total waste of 5 months that we used it.

I really enjoy the robust features and numerous integrations that ChiroTouch offers.

Scheduling patients is easy with this software. Very user friendly and easy to train new employees on.

I like how easy it is to use. As a biller, I love the ease of importing EOB's, disputing claims & reports.

They are quick to resolve issues when you go through the chat but I feel like I’m going on to resolve issues about once a Month.

Customer services can be long hold times both on the phone and with the Chat. Help is always good and complete.

The features that this software has like appointments and inventory really amaze me. Great for doing check in, with the ipad features.

Over priced, and difficult to cancel services, was billed 10 consecutive months for a product i cancelled.

It has been difficult updating my credit card information to pay for the services used. Overall Chirotouch customer service is becoming worse and worse.

They will Nickel and Dime you to death with all the add ons.

They seem to forget when they have a system that fails to function (which has become a consistent issue lately),  that user's office's stop being functional as everything is software driven.

It is very comprehensive and easy to use. If we have questions costumer service is super helpful.

Anytime we had a problem it would require over an hour to get through to their customer service line and then many times you would just time out.

We like the care package options for services and new the option for integrated credit card system, OpenEdge.

I like the ease of the program, I feel it is very user friendly and easily you can teach yourself how to navigate through it.

I give it overall average grade of a C. One of the strengths of chirotouch is that is owned by a large well invested company that want be going out of business anytime soon.

This is good software for a chiropractic clinic. It was quite easy to set up multiple service providers, and the options for the reminders was great.

Too many features make navigating confusing and causes errors. Slows production- too many clicks to get job done.

Overall we wouldn't use any other software for our practice. Flow is very important for a 2 person practice seeing 40 patients per day, and this makes everything move beautifully.

I like that it is fairly easy to use. There are great reports that can be pulled for practice analytics.

The whole system is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with.

Does not work well for integrated (DC, MD, PT) offices. Missing vital billing functions (more than 1 copay).

I love the ease of billing and posting claims between CT and Trizetto. If you have CT, there should be no reason to hire billing staff; which saves a ton of money.

Account Manager has been very good at providing education upon request.

I appreciate the ability to build algorithms, to quicken my pace, and ICANotes affords me this ability.

I like the ability to do electronics prescribing. The system of clicking buttons to insert text helps  speed documentation.

Quick notes that touch on all important aspects of visit. Economical, especially in light of how much you receive for the monthly fee.

The servers often go down, and on multiple occasions data has been lost due to this. The calendar is cumbersome, and SLOW.

I can breeze through the progress notes and intersperse information of the current session. Notes are comprehensive which allows me to feel secure of proving medically necessary treatment.

There are places where you can get stuck and can't move. For example, creating a patient chart that does not have all the required information gives you an error message.

They would not refund the 2nd month of charges because they do not refund for cancelations as a policy.

However, users complains about frequent  outages or screen freezing.

I have been using this EMR for about a year  and overall I am pleased. It's not inexpensive but is reasonably priced compared to similar programs.

Support staff are very helpful and always available. ICAN Notes is affordable and has been a good investment for my practice.

Worked well but it can be a bit slow sometimes. I can recall losing data, but I was ale to fully recover.

Outstanding and responsive support staff. Developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists.

Overall it is a decent software platform. I have been able to create quality notes with the click of a mouse.

The transition from my previous EHR System was very easy. Customer Support have been amazing and always available to assist if there are any problems.

I asked for that with this product but was denied, I should have recognized that as a red flag.

It is extremely user friendly. The best feature to me is in the notes, where multiple clinicians can access and add to the same client notes.

The schedule is non-functioning, useless. The support team is available but not knowledgeable about their product and problems that arise from it.

Customer communication is outstanding. I have increased my productivity by as much as two sessions per day in the time I save using this product.

Top level management will respond if you ask. I think one of the best features is that you can access it from any computer with an internet connection, at no extra cost.

A system which is user friendly that I can understand what is being told to do.

You can do so much with this software!!! They also have superb customer service and training.

We have had consistent troubles getting claims correctly prepped. Information will be dropped or added incorrectly.

Also, you can link your treatment plan to your case notes so that you can address the progress made in treatment when writing a case note. It has a comprehensive list of all psychotropic medications.

Occasionally this is a great system. The support team is amazing I chat with them online and they've resolved any issues I've come across.

I certainly do recommend this software for any therapist who would enjoy appropriate documentation without reinventing complete notes from scratch after each session.

I can highly recommend Icanotes due to ease of use, ease of customization and superior and responsive customer service.

We love the tech support, the video instructions on youtube and the ease of the software's use. The program is the easiest I've seen.

The ease and functionality of the electronic health system is helpful for new employees. Also, the availability to create customized areas that are suited to your company's needs is superb.

Information is inconsistent from rep-rep. They have NO idea of how to transfer your records if you need to stop or transfer their service.

Friendly, easy to use platform combined with a truly supportive team. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good EHR at a great value.
