Friendly representives, and easy to use. Staff is able to learn pretty quickly.

This is the worse software for updates. The updates half the time don't relate to a small clinic but a clinic that mainly does PT.

We have been on ChiroTouch since 2007 I think. I find it to be the perfect fit for our office.

We have recommended this software to other chiropractors and will continue to do so. Very happy with the logistics of the software and ease of use.

I had a staff member receive a death threat (not kidding) and their entire support team was supposedly fired. Updates are sure to cause problems.

Overall a wonderful product that is always trying to improve and makes the entire office run more efficient and reliable.

I tried hard to make it work because I wanted to use this so badly, but I bailed after 14 months.

I love the insurance verification aspect when it's working properly and many of the other features like integration with merchant services, billing, etc. Chat widget is (mostly) great.

ERA's inaccurate, allocating of money makes patient balance hard to read, 20 step maneuver if there was an error, reports ridiculous to navigate. A total waste of 5 months that we used it.

I really enjoy the robust features and numerous integrations that ChiroTouch offers.

Scheduling patients is easy with this software. Very user friendly and easy to train new employees on.

Poor experience that forced us to find new software.

The Tech Support is fantastic and the additional optional features offered have helped us streamline things even more to keep things simple.

I like how easy it is to use. As a biller, I love the ease of importing EOB's, disputing claims & reports.

They are quick to resolve issues when you go through the chat but I feel like I’m going on to resolve issues about once a Month.

Poor customer service, confusion software, expensive, and ever updating and increased cost due to this.

Customer services can be long hold times both on the phone and with the Chat. Help is always good and complete.

The features that this software has like appointments and inventory really amaze me. Great for doing check in, with the ipad features.

Over priced, and difficult to cancel services, was billed 10 consecutive months for a product i cancelled.

It has been difficult updating my credit card information to pay for the services used. Overall Chirotouch customer service is becoming worse and worse.

They will Nickel and Dime you to death with all the add ons.

They seem to forget when they have a system that fails to function (which has become a consistent issue lately),  that user's office's stop being functional as everything is software driven.

It is very comprehensive and easy to use. If we have questions costumer service is super helpful.

Anytime we had a problem it would require over an hour to get through to their customer service line and then many times you would just time out.

We like the care package options for services and new the option for integrated credit card system, OpenEdge.

I like the ease of the program, I feel it is very user friendly and easily you can teach yourself how to navigate through it.

I give it overall average grade of a C. One of the strengths of chirotouch is that is owned by a large well invested company that want be going out of business anytime soon.

We were moving from an EHR that was not working well for the clinic.

My overall experience with CT has been great. I love the software and recommend it all the time to my colleagues.

Customer support is great and we should be supporting you guys. Overall experience has been fabulous.

This is good software for a chiropractic clinic. It was quite easy to set up multiple service providers, and the options for the reminders was great.

Too many features make navigating confusing and causes errors. Slows production- too many clicks to get job done.

We have had a good experience with Chiro Touch. Like the fact that they are always trying to improve their product.

Overall we wouldn't use any other software for our practice. Flow is very important for a 2 person practice seeing 40 patients per day, and this makes everything move beautifully.

I like that it is fairly easy to use. There are great reports that can be pulled for practice analytics.

The whole system is seamlessly integrated from online apt requests, auto population of paperwork, self check-ins, billing, it really is outstanding compared to all other chiro software I work with.

Does not work well for integrated (DC, MD, PT) offices. Missing vital billing functions (more than 1 copay).

I love the ease of billing and posting claims between CT and Trizetto. If you have CT, there should be no reason to hire billing staff; which saves a ton of money.

It does open with internet explorer, but it is really inconvenient to have to go back and forth between Chrome and Explorer.

It was a complete EHR and included a mobile app for use with limited function. Support was good as well from the team.

ISalus gives you the option of doing your own billing with several package price points, or taking care of your billing for you.

The iSalus integrated software has great functionality and is easy to use. The support is prompt and knowledgeable.

However all in all those things are very unimportant in the scheme of review when comparing to the other two software we are forced to use due to a emr integration.

Conclusion - Great program, fair price (way less than one that I looked at that was comparable), wonderful customer service, and a company dedicated to being the best.

I liked that there was some customization to it and in 2017 this was relatively new for most softwares.

We love the product...it is very comprehensive covers all of are needs. It is also perfect for a small office the initial investment and on going costs  are something we could afford.

Also their RCM left us with loss of over 300k in AR do to lack of denial working and medical records requests.

Ease of use, professional/technologically up-to-date, GREAT customer service, fair price for what you get (It's really does way more than we imagined!), it is now Mac-friendly (!).

System is very difficult to navigate. Support staff offer little to no real world application guidance.

Wait a while and purchase after iSalus reacts to the current implementation problems/ issues.

You also have no way of seeing what exams and templates you have put in without navigating to some other History page...just cumbersome.

Sometimes it is difficult to get all of it to work when using a different computer.

I had to discard hours of work  and dollars spent to accept another template in their library. Customer service is absolutely  horrible.

Pricing was too high for budget and a bit difficult to navigate between the various areas of the site.

It is also annoying to have to navigate to a different page to access Exams and Templates for the Objective data, while everything else is on the Assessment screen.

The cumbersome set up and procedures for session notes and evaluations is one of the most difficult I could imagine.

Seems to have a mind of its own from time to time. At times it is difficult to add documents to patients file.

We recently lost a provider and had one retire and they continue to charge us 450 per provider until our contract is up and agreed to remove those providers if we signed another 2 year contract.

The software is easy to get around compared to other EHR systems I have used. Easy to add new patients.
