  • Pros

  • The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.
  • As an enduser I appreciate a clean and easy interface. Easy payments and bookings and canceling.
  • Cons

  • This experience may also be attributed to trying to schedule massages where schedule management is difficult.
  • Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

  • Wecounsel is easy to use and has great resources on how to get connected and best practices for doing mental health therapy online.
  • I liked that I could use the software for a variety of things including scheduling. It had a lot of features to offer.
  • Cons

  • Appointment reminders had links to wrong sites. Support never responded to clients who had opened tickets.
  • No option to turn off scheduling or note taking features so you and client don't get prompts. No whiteboard feature despite being advertised.
