As a patient, not everyone has internet access. And some of the information on there can be confusing.

Worst is that it is inefficient. Also, that they will have a  feature we like and it will be broken with the next upgrade.

The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.

Difficulty to find needed information and navigating through charts, it’s just a confusing software.

Great features (if you can get them installed), good ease of use.

Overall, I love using this website for medical information and record updates. I love being able to schedule appointments for my kids and I, it makes it really easy.

Support team was very helpful on getting the software up and running. I love that this program is on the cloud and I can access it from anywhere and they information is stored in the cloud.

I dislike the fact that they don't have a bigger stack in the hospital industry of healthcare. I think this needs to change particularly with their api and interoperability stack.

Again this is so user friendly. I have found it easy to learn and navigate.

I did like the clear interface and the cost was reasonable. Easy log in and creating an account was simple.

I have had a wonderful experience with this software and it's auxiliary products. Even when things don't go as expected their customer support has been on top of it.

I was never formally trained on the software, but I found it very confusing to use.

Very slow response times on reported software issues. Poor responses -seems to be automated responses.

Also, you aren't reimbursed always with a new lead when the contact info isn't correct for the lead. That means a loss of money for the user.

Their commitment to customer success with new edge technologies has been a great shift and kept me as a customer.

I requested the record for 2 weeks and still have not received the record. I had missed the deadline, now probably in contempt of court.

As a daily basis user, I like it's function and future diagnostic features. Which helps me to improve my skills.

I love this software it helps me at work with helping  me take notes for the doctors. To be able to view patient medical and add if needed.

It’s certainly not the best. Cerner and epic are better.

It has all the essential functions. The customer support is great at times.

I would say that the worst part of this system is that when the internet is down, you really have no access.

Every EHR system has its pros and cons, but I believe Nextgen Office has a very good combination of ease of  use and overall cost.

This is a frustrating industry dealing with insurance companies.

All in all it's a pretty good system, it just needs some adjusting in the report options and a few other areas.

It is a comprehensive package in that it integrates the clinical side with the billing side. They do update on a regular basis.

I like that this is so user friendly. I find that it is easy to pick up and use fast.

Limited Customization & Difficult Corporate Team.

It is extremely user friendly and straightforward. One of my favorite features is how you can set access and abilities for each user and their specific role/responsibilities.

Additionally, training for the entire product is needed if not you will easily get lost. The price of a system is also up there so we warned.

Customer service was fantastic when this was Healthfusion.

At $100 and $10/a lead, with one bad lead, no reimbursement equates to 10.

Easy to use rapid billing of insurance claims to insurance companies for chiropractic patients receiving care in my clinic. Great customer support from NextGen for problem claims.

Sometimes it malfunctions and came up with errors. I think it should be reprogrammed with debugging.

I was unhappy with the product because it slowed me down and required so much excess minutia in button clicking and scrolling. Overall it is a very inconvenient software to use.

Confusing navigation and terminology (but that is also a general healthcare/insurance issue, too).

Practice Mate is easy to use for billing --- it really is foolproof. And the customer service is very good.

A fairly large chunk of our patients have trouble using it, and completing the on-boarding enrollment.

It will do anything I need to do - and the tech support is awesome.

Ease of use once familar with software. Good support, and follow up.

Overall I have a good experience using this software mostly for clearing house and billing purposes.

The ease of use on a daily bases is very important especially with a busy schedule. Practice Mate is extremely easy to learn, to use and navigate.

Office Ally provides great customer service. Their tools are easy to use and either free or inexpensive.

When we've expressed displeasure about this, we were ignored.

Ease of use and it meets HIPA requirements in order to carry on electronic prescriptions and medical insurance billing.

I have recommended OA to many colleagues. Wish I started with OA sooner.

If you are a smaller practice, this should work good for you especially with the low price.

It is so difficult to deal with this program. It seems like the creators just stacked amounts of data creating a horrific, time wasting, not biller friendly program.

Claims scrubber helps to create clean claims. No cost for support staff user accounts.

It's a very simple process. With Practice Mate, you can bill participating and non-participating providers through their system, and it's all free.

Statement feature is decent except the way the statements are formatted is only semi professional, only in Black and White and no lines to separate visits.

I love that it is almost free. We pay $35 for the clearing house and the PM.

The aging report is horrendous. The collection report is closer but still a mess.

It is very user friendly, easy to navigate and can be used by more than one person at at time. Auto posting feature is sufficient.

Offers useful functions for accounting, billing, etc. if you don't plan to use the patient portal.

Great for submitting claims and excellent customer service.

It's easy to learn and navigate for clinicians responsible for scheduling their own clients or for administrative staff to coordinate between clinicians and clients.

How everything can be saved for billing and makes it go so much smoother, easy to add patients and easy to submit claims. Claims are processed very quickly.

It's a vast improvement over other services we've used. We don't use all the features available as some are not as cost efficient for smaller client populations.

The support is really good. It just doesn't have all the bells and whistles but they are adding more.

Poor follow up with customer service. Terrible experience with Reminder Mate.
