About FlexEZ

FlexO is a advanced hybrid workspace booking and management system to manage meeting rooms, huddle spaces, desks, parking areas, shared facilities, whiteboards, and other movable assets. Users can also request additional services such as catering, or preparation of AV rooms directly from the booking portal. Easily add/remove rooms, desks and other assets through the web based centralized dashboard as well as create advanced booking policies to limit access of specific assets to certain categories of users. FlexO allows teams to synchronize the solution with different calendars including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange Calendar, and more. The Best FlexEZ!

Excellent Meeting room booking system

The system is very easy to install and configure and is available in multiple languages. While there is a lot of configuration options, the system stays very simple to operate. The user interface of the screen is very straightforward and offers a lot of information on the ongoing and future meeting schedule. All room usage information can be visualized in the statistics page.

PROS

very user-friendly user interface, the ability to use NFC cards to check into the meeting rooms and the ability to connect multiple screens for each room. :

The system doesn't allow each user to reserve the room on behalf of someone else.

perfect solution for smart workspace

im both user and system integrator, so user point of view, FlexO helps me to manage my workspace especially meeting room which is limited in my office SI point of view, FlexO helps me to grow more business

PROS

FlexO is easy to use and understand, lots of features for smart workspace solution. They also keep update new features

CONS

since there are lot of features , you might need to get used to software a bit to use all those advanced features

FlexO is much better and ready to use, and communication with FlexO team is good, help fast decision on switching, and make me sure that there will be no issue on switching

Best scheduling software out there

PROS

Ease of use. HTML5. The floorplant option and how easy you could add new rooms and represent them.To have an API to integrate with third-party control systems. etc.

CONS

Maybe an app for iOS and Android, but since is HTML5, not a big deal.

Une solution puissante, simple et performante

Facile d'utilisation FlexO répond parfaitement à tous les usages que l'on peut demander à une solution de réservation de salles. L'interface utilisateur est simple, ergonomique et très visuelle. Les tableaux de bord statistiques sont très bien faits et très complets. La possibilité de gérer les écrans en mode portrait est également un plus. Les API disponibles permettent également d'enrichir l'expérience via mobile etc..

CONS

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir utiliser les tablettes en mode Affichage Dynamique.

1. Easy use. The UI is very clear and simple. Even non-IT administrator can easily control it. 2. Completely and powerful function. Office 365 / G Suite support, amenities report, room theme, multi-site 3. Suite for enterprise customer. Support on-premises server, LDAP, SSO, statistics and report, remotely control and monitor. 4. Support NFC / RFID / HID. 5. Very good support services and highly customizable.
