It can be used to manage meeting rooms, hot desks, modular rooms, company cars, mobile amenities, plus more. Easy use, completely and powerful function, suite for enterprise customer meeting room solution!

Pros

1. Easy use. The UI is very clear and simple. Even non-IT administrator can easily control it. 2. Completely and powerful function. Office 365 / G Suite support, amenities report, room theme, multi-site 3. Suite for enterprise customer. Support on-premises server, LDAP, SSO, statistics and report, remotely control and monitor. 4. Support NFC / RFID / HID. 5. Very good support services and highly customizable.

Cons

Update frequency is very high. I have to learn new feature very often

Excellent Meeting room booking system

The system is very easy to install and configure and is available in multiple languages. While there is a lot of configuration options, the system stays very simple to operate. The user interface of the screen is very straightforward and offers a lot of information on the ongoing and future meeting schedule. All room usage information can be visualized in the statistics page.

Pros

very user-friendly user interface, the ability to use NFC cards to check into the meeting rooms and the ability to connect multiple screens for each room. :

Cons

The system doesn't allow each user to reserve the room on behalf of someone else.

perfect solution for smart workspace

im both user and system integrator, so user point of view, FlexO helps me to manage my workspace especially meeting room which is limited in my office SI point of view, FlexO helps me to grow more business

FlexO is easy to use and understand, lots of features for smart workspace solution. They also keep update new features

Cons

since there are lot of features , you might need to get used to software a bit to use all those advanced features

Simple and Easy

Pros

That is both what users and adminsys people want, an easy to setup and easy to use room booking system. I particularly like the statistic page which is very clearly showing how meetings rooms are used. It is very easy to know which rooms are always crowed and which are unsused and who is booking rooms and never showing up wasting everyone's time :-)

Cons

Having a "approval workflow" for some rooms may be handy. Sometimes there are conference rooms that you want to allow booking to, but you may like someone else to approve a booking request.

Facile d'utilisation FlexO répond parfaitement à tous les usages que l'on peut demander à une solution de réservation de salles. L'interface utilisateur est simple, ergonomique et très visuelle. Les tableaux de bord statistiques sont très bien faits et très complets. La possibilité de gérer les écrans en mode portrait est également un plus. Les API disponibles permettent également d'enrichir l'expérience via mobile etc..

Cons

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir utiliser les tablettes en mode Affichage Dynamique.
