I don't use it on a daily basis like I have in the past, but I'm pleased to still see additions to service over time, and efforts being made to make the system more user friendly and more useful.

Customer support is excellent and Web Designer is awesome. I  recommend ClubRunner especially to Rotary organizations.

I love the intuitive platform and the customer service is out of this world.

The management of member information is integrated with Rotary International, and allows for easy communication across the District because contact details are automatically maintained.

At times it has been confusing, mostly due to my limited knowledge of computers.

Far exceeded my expectations for an amazing value to clubs.

I am well familiar with club independent websites and their inability to keep up with changing technologies and their uselessness once key members left the club.

Simple, easy to access, good modules, great for storage of club history. CubRunner provides excellent support when you need it, you can talk live with a representative who are respectful and helpful.

Having the ability to manage our website, our member communications and e-newsletter all in one place is great. Attendance with integration to Rotary International is another time saver.

I had a problem with the switch from previous version in continuity with the bulletin editing, had to learn to do it all over again.

Previews are misleading. When previewing, you get a item/page stand-alone preview, not a merged master page, draft page preview.

If the site elements do not move forward the site becomes stagnate very quickly. The integration with RI is wonderful.

Clubrunner is a good tool for Club management, it is easy to use and very user friendly. It is worth the money spent on it.

The absoultely amazing support staff is always friendly, helpful, good listeners (even when you are having a bad day totally unrelated to technology!) and open to new ideas for the system.

Generally, I am very pleased with ClubRunner. I'm glad all the clubs in my district use it too.

But the integration with the district and RI is great and for someone with ZERO web design ability or experience I was able to put together a very nice looking and functioning page.

When dealing with both versions I have learned the differences but when instructing others I often get confused and give instructions based upon District version to Club users.

ClubRunner is especially suited for Rotary Clubs and Districts with a solid membership integration with Rotary International.

In the last few years ClubRunner has vastly improved ease of use and added very useful features. Their tech support group is very responsive.

Club Runner is mostly intuitive and easy to use.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Wonderful people and have kept us loyal as a result of their great customer service.

It has a few odd quirks in unexpected places - backend modules can be a little cumbersome.

It is a very good, cost effective, software designed with a clear understanding of Rotary and capable of application world wide.

In some cases, the software slows downs or stops working when undertaking more than two tasks.

Captures all member data and synch's with Rotary International. Good for Club Bulletin and mass emails.

Everything is a PRO for Club Runner. I really enjoy it's  Flexible, the professional look, Ease of Use and it's friendliness with power users.

Excellent customer service in my experience, very quick to respond to my questions.

But I think that this is mostly due to a lack of exposure to computing rather than a high degree of difficulty in using the software.

My own experience (and that of others) is that it takes a while to get comfortable with the software and to understand how powerful and far reaching  it is.

It's constantly being improved to make the software more user friendly and the software, user friendly.

As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
