TXT180 does precisely what it advertises it will do for our organization. Very satisfied.

PROS

I appreciate the clean, user friendly interface and the reliability of the service the most. I've never feared the service not functioning when critical communications need sent.

CONS

no cons in my book. The service works as advertised and is easy to use. If anything, I would suggest a functioning mobile app.

Excellent resource for adult business continuing education.

PROS

The instructors are great. They are knowledge, engaging and professional. I look forward to seeing certain instructors who teach multiple disciplines.

CONS

I wish there was an app. It would make it easier to sign up for classes and especially listen to webinars while traveling. It would be great to have downloadable podcast/webinars for cell phones that won't burn data.

good

PROS

Very user friendly and an easy way for quick communication. Like the ability to schedule texts farther out (although wish there was an easier way than the calendar to see what I've scheduled). Several key words with same number makes it easy for the people who are using it to remember. Good customer support

CONS

Everything adds up - a bunch of little fees which make a small cost add up fast. Wish we could bulk add people.

TXT180 has been a great platform for us to provide low cost text marketing.

Allows us another platform to help our clients to promote.

PROS

Ease of use and value. Ability to store templates also makes it easy to run recurring event campaigns.

CONS

I don't really have any cons of any importance. The only thing I can think of is that the pricing has changed a bit. But they grandfathered our plan, so did not affect us.

Meal Plan Sign up

I was happy with the overall use of txt180 . I tried it for 2 months and didn't get much response to our advertisement so we decided to cancel until future time. We may consider trying it again down the road

PROS

The software was very user friendly with the main features easy to find and understand.

CONS

Nothing as far a con. The platform just didn't seem to appeal to the demographic we were targeting specifically and we saw more sign ups through our website and in person than through the txt180.

It's ok

I'm probably going to change soon.

PROS

I like it because it's cheap, but I think it could be better. It's super simple and straight forward but I've seen other text platforms and I've thought about changing many times but haven't gotta around to it. I think it's a little outdated but the overall working software is ok. It does want it says, creates a text group and sends out text.

CONS

It doesn't have great analytics. It doesn't help me to grow the groups. I don't like having to pay for more add-ons when it should be included in my package. I think the software could be better. The mobile is really bad.

Excellent customer service and a dynamite product.

Communication with clients when we need to and cuts through the social media clutter to deliver our message.

PROS

Love all the features for a fraction of the price of other providers. We are franchisees of a couple brands and I wish we could use TXT180 with them as well.

CONS

Nothing not to like about TXT180. The price is great and the product is rock solid. No complaints at all.

Great, love it!

PROS

It is an easy software to use, you do not have to be technically savvy to understand how to use this. I like it a lot.

CONS

There is really no cons on this software, I find it easy and efficient to use. I find txt180 to be a really good way to communicate to your customers.

Our non-profit has been very satisfied with TXT 180. We have been pleased with the great customer service and the fact that it is an easy to use product. We use the text alert for all age groups and it is a highly successful form of communication. We are also very happy that TXT180 offers a discount for non-profits. Thank you!

Easy to reach our patients.

PROS

I like being able to send messages to multiple people at once. The option of the patient texting to join is better than the staff having to manually enter patient information.

CONS

I do not like the fact of having a limited amount of characters for the messages we need to send. It makes it hard for some to understand what we are trying to say when you have to use short sentences.

It has help with employees moral, building great leaders

PROS

It has been very good for each employee. We choose an employee at our Fridays team meeting to share a text received that week. Employees make comments about what the messages say on a regular basis. It has been extremely helpful for our staff. Inspirational messages, leadership messages and team building has all been great.

CONS

We have no cons. The only thing is taking time to im-put the messages.

Love the marketing value it provides my business

PROS

I like the fact that I can reach potential and current clients through the services 24 hours a day and they opt in to the service so they do want to hear from us.

CONS

Can't say there is really anything I don't like about the service as it provides us with the tools we need to grow our business if I had to say something I would ask that they give us discounts on additional key words.

I wouldn’t use anything else

It’s great to have my clients open my marketing so fast.

PROS

It’s user friendly, and the customer service was great. It’s a great marketing tool for small business.

CONS

I’m not sure still after 3 years of using it all the features. I would love to see sample drip text other businesses use for inspiration.

Easy to use and very reliable!

PROS

The program is very convenient, and user friendly. I can send a blast message to 100 families in 5 minutes or less. In the event of a weather related emergency TXT180 has saved us hours of phone calls with one simple blast message. Thank you!!

CONS

I wish the program would save my time zone. I do not like having to select EST each time i send a message. I've accidentally hit the wrong time zone before and my messages have been delayed.

Easy to use, but full function interface Ability to import contacts as a file Ability to group and make subgroups of contacts and use these lists in deploying text messages Lots of functions that are cool, sequential messages, message forwarding, ability to schedule messages.

CONS

Unused credits cannot be "rolled over" Premium charge for easier to remember short code (21000) Otherwise no real complaints

By far the best Text option for businesses

It gets us RSVPs every month.

PROS

It is easy to use and very user-friendly. Any member of our staff can update the text and responses. Also, the tech support is great!

CONS

I wish the admin dashboard had more follow up options. I would like to communicate with those that have texted us but I need a little more direction on what my options are for that.

Simple and effecient

Easily notify staff in various locations about emergency's, safety issues, or closings.

PROS

Easy login and quick message send. It serves the simple purpose of allowing the user even remotely to notify staff of emergency's and closings remotely.

CONS

We have not experienced any issues with the software. As we are undergoing a few internal changes we will notify you of possibly cons if they arise and for now, we are satisfied.

Love everything but the UI

We use the short code and keyword as our call to action for radio advertising.

PROS

The customer service has been really impactful - either via chat when I was first looking at my options to post-purchase phase while we've worked through zapier integrations with our CRM. The single most important reason I chose TXT180 was the premium code. They have the best one by far.

CONS

The UI leaves a lot to be desired in terms of where features are organized, not being able to mass edit auto-responders (instead you have to go in one keyword at a time) etc.

Reason for choosing TXT180

premium code 21000 is by far the best i found.

Great!

Its a great site, and we use it a lot. Easy to use and easy to understand. Honestly it could be tweaked a tad to allow you more options, but overall my experience with txt180 has been awesome.

PROS

So easy to use! Great software, & perfect for small businesses.

CONS

Just wish you could make the texts repetitive. Also, wish your contact would show on receiving and outgoing text appose to the number only.

As a church, this makes a great way to reach out to a lot of people quickly with a short message.

PROS

It's easy to use and reasonably priced. The customer service has been very helpful the few times we have needed them.

CONS

The message has to be condensed to fit in the limited character count. It' s usually enough space but sometimes we have to be creative with our message to get it to fit.

TXT180 is a Valuable Asset

We use TXT180 for our annual conferences to text conference schedules, highlights and reminders to our attendees. The system is a valuable asset for us because we can set up the messages, groups and days/times and not have to worry about it at all during the course of the event. It is so helpful to us!

PROS

I like that I can set up multiple text messages and schedule them to go out over the course of our conference to the groups that I select.

CONS

I think the user interface could be a little more user-friendly. It can be slightly confusing and repetitive.
