I love how easy it was to set-up and how easy it is for my staff to learn.

Also, some of the french translation are bizarre and inaccurate' and some sections aren't fully translated. There's some annoying bugs  ( i already sent all this to their support team).

The scheduling process is sometimes a little confusing to families, and they have to call or email our scheduler to work them out.

Really too bad, because it had everything else on our requirements list.

You get the best customer service care there is in the business. One of the representatives and his customer service is top notch.

Families are unable to manage each other  so each child has to have their own unique email address to have a waiver on file as well as an account with us. Parents are always mad about this.

Rescheduling is way more difficult than it needs to be.
