- Its user friendly and speeds up troubleshooting 10 fold for us. The network maps are very detailed and its nice to launch a remote session out of Auvik.
- The interface is quick, easy and intuitive. The map it creates is pretty and the ability to drill down through the devices is great.
Cons
- Being forced to get advanced traffic insight licensing for all the devices on a tenant, when it makes sense to get it only for some of them. Also, being forced to a 40 nodes with basic licensing.
- Portal is a bit slow to load, no native Hyper-V collector, a little complicated for learning how to administer, unable to embed or download visual map.
Pros
- It has many extras to protect you against malware, it also can keep your password safe and be integrated with the most popular internet browsers.
- It is earsy to use and friendly interface. It help me safe when access the internet.
Cons
- Another problem encountered is when using removable media infected with the virus that turns the folder into a shortcut, Avast does not detect the presence of the virus and does not remove it.
- Its virus database is not always updated with the latest threats making this a big issue to all customers because it make your equipment vulnerable to any possible threats on the internet.
