The only thing that really bothered us was the constantly changing plan pricing levels. However that has now been eliminated.

Also the raspberry pi or linux agent support is fantastic. I run my main agent in a ubuntu vm in VMware ESXi and it runs flawlessly.

Domotz provides exactly what we need, with a simple interface and ease of use.

Great and quick support. The only issue has been with the alert notifications.

Great user interface and easy to use. Technical support very responsive and able to solve issue or request in a couple of hours.

We have decided to use this for all of our clients as a best practice to provide a better service to them.

My personal favorite features include Domotz Eyes with Alerts, VPN on Demand, Network Monitoring, Web-hooks, VLAN support and IoT integrations.

It's a very polished platform, that works very reliably and effortlessly. The customer service is awesome, no question is not too small, speed of response and personal approach is second to none.

Domotz Pro features and functions have opened up a multitude of avenues to exploit while monitoring our edge devices.

It lacks 2 features : the automatic cleaning of offline devices after X days offline. It's either we delete all offline device or manually delete them one by one.

Overall this has been a great choice and I expect we will continue to expand the use of Domotz.

Domotz saved us a ton of time and money. Plug and Play environment is always the best option for MSP's.

Great, simple to use features allowing us to quickly setup our core network monitoring for new clients. Integration with our other MSP tools such as Autotask, Hudu and Unifi/Ubiquiti.

It's simple to deploy and maintain. The ability to open ports on the fly is amazing and gets used regularly.

Something else that needs mentioning, the customer support is absolutely amazing.

This cost effective little box packs a bunch of features such as active monitoring and notifications, remote connection to network devices, and a easy to read and understand dashboard.

While I haven't rolled this out to my whole portfolio of 500 sites yet (12k cameras), the business case is an easy decision to help me manage our ever growing business.

It gives us the ability to not only monitor and configure custom alerts for each of our clients but it allow us to quickly resolve issues right from the application or mobile app.

The network topology cannot be printed or downloaded into a file that is readable or shareable. 100 devices on a network and its very hard to see the full picture.

Very easy interface, multiple installation options like Ubuntu, Synology and Docker to name a few. Easy setup which allows me to deploy within minutes.

Domotz does what it says on the box and is extremely robust and reliable.

Where the schools have all been forced to go online, we needed a way to monitor all of online systems and know immediately if there were any issues.

Sometimes indicates a device is offline when it is not.

We can now centrally manage and monitor edge devices by drilling down to services affected at both a port and switch level.

Overall experience with the product and company has been great. Domotz customer service team is very responsive.

API enables integration with other platforms with ease, and the customer service is excellent. I can't recommend the product highly enough for the enthusiast/prosumer and for professional use.

Limited reporting functionalities. The API is also very limited.

Solarwinds has so far been working great for my network administration needs. I kinda miss the old days.

The risk of failure seemed much too large for a system built on an OS that we don't know very well. Finally, the sales tactics are incredibly strong.

Support is frustrating to deal with at the initial levels.

It does everything you can think of. Probably the premiere RMM solution on the market.

Nice interface with LOTS of features. Fast remote access with lots of control options.

Sometimes the Take Control access intermittently doesnt work for no reason. Event logs and log parsing is difficult to configure and doesnt quite work as expected.

It's a good product once you get through the learning curve. The product admins are eager to make the product more effective and efficient at helping you manage your client's networks.

Every added option has a cost. This makes it very difficult to cost price for taking on new customers.

After using it for 3 years, N-Able was a frustrating experience.

Nothing really, it frustrated me , until we found Datto , amazing company.

I have been extremely impressed with N-Central management's willingness to help ensure our deployment is successful.

They are asking me to buy Licence’s and I have refused. We are social distancing and this has made it stressful for myself and my customers.

The monitoring agent broke our customer's network.

I have dealt with N-Central for many years and have repaired badly set up systems and worked it up from scratch.

N-Central staff has gone above and beyond what was expected to make sure our deployment is successful.

N-Central is very powerful and customizable. Configuration is very granular and allows experienced administrators to configure almost limitless monitoring.

Very counter-intuitive on instructions. Figuring out thresholds for alerting can be difficult.

Great tool for network monitoring, good at what it's built for.

This product has been great to use as we are migrating to it.

The patch management feature is far superior compared to any other platform I have used. They are partnered with BitDefender offering an integrated AV solution providing a true complete RMM solution.

It is hard to understand for the average system administrator to set up.

Overall, we have been very happy with the product. It does require some investment in configuration, but that investment allows for a very powerful product.

Over all they are very good at taking your money and over the years have been hard to communicate with. It’s all sales sales sales.
