  • Pros

  • Has improved significantly since being updated and upgraded when the name changed and is now very user friendly.
  • It's a great tool for keeping track of your brand's social media, blog and media mentions across the web. It's also really easy to use.
  • Cons

  • Customer service is poor and that makes or breaks a company. The queries were not always easy to write and trouble shooting them wasn't easily done within the program.
  • Though there are cheaper subscriptions available, but the number of mentions provided in those plans is very limited.

  • Chattermill has greatly improved our customer feedback process. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy for our team to quickly and efficiently analyze customer feedback and extract insights.
  • The integration with the other features that we use works very well.
  • Cons

  • Dashboards and filters are difficult to use then.
  • For me difficult to use, difficult to make alternations to service, ability to remove ex-employees as users has now been removed. When bringing this up to chattermill no solution has been offered.
