I haven't ever used a program that has this feature. They genuinely care about their users and consistantly reach out to ensure they are still pleased with the program and the service received.

It's easy to use, mostly intuitive, you don't have to be techy to be successful at using it, and their customer support is world-class. The more we use Bloomerang, the more we love it.

I have had really good luck with support. The chat feature is very useful and the support team knows their product.

Overall, Bloomerang is a good product. It is user friendly and you can customize the features oto work best with your organization.

I've found it extremely difficult to report on data after it's entered in the system. The reporting tool is not intuitive.

We do events nearly every week and have to field dozens of calls and emails each week from people who are not able to register due to confusing user experience, timeouts, and technical issues.
