- The ease of use of the product and how easy it is to navigate. The simplicity of the set up and how the basic features are right at your fingertips.
- The ability to create and manage multiple events and transactions is great. Also being able to pull reports on the fly is pretty nice.
Cons
- If using another one, they lose their history. Reporting is weak and limited, especially when I have to create more than one report because of a lack of choices.
- It's always a point of confusion, and if they miss that one link, they're registering as a new participant and they get mad because the system tells them their email is already in use.
Pros
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
- Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
