Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Donor Perfect is very user friendly! Easy to use and the customer service is EXCELLENT!

  • Easy to use, with great customer support. Does what it's supposed to do. I love that it is in the cloud.

  • Cons

  • Report is a little tricky at times but Support is always there to assist,

  • Making the change a few years ago from the offine product to the online product was a bit scary, but the transition was seamless.

  • Pros

  • Price and ease of use. They were very easy to work with. So far, so good.

  • I like how the contacts can be organized by family connections, organization connections, and contact types.

  • Cons

  • It took me a while to realize that the contact information I was typing in the contacts was not saving as I continued on to make a new contact.

  • Haven't run across anything yet that can't be overcome. Some components don't really apply to our organization, but it's not that big of a deal to have them appear.
