  • Pros

  • The ability to virtually pass around a document for reviews with easy tools for comments is perfected by QuickReviewer.
  • Ease of use and quick understanding of anyone who switched from Dropbox.
  • Cons

  • Inability to see all the historical comments, once a new version of document is uploaded.
  • Need to work on visibility. Had a hard time looking for it.

  • The world is rapidly heading in the direction where working remotely is the new norm. It feels good to work with a company that is on that boat.
  • I liked the quality customer support, the relatively easy onboarding, and the ease of commenting/replying in the program.
  • Cons

  • We are currently struggling with clients adding lists of comments to their plans without using the annotation tools.
  • There were a few instances where the initial email containing the link to the proof got lost, so they were unaware that it was ready.
