It's a comprehensive database that helps me wrote reports to funders. It allows me to customize the data I collect and easily make changes as needed.

Also, customer service has been amazing. I spent some time on a conference call with the reps and we were able to get through all my questions.

The customization options and user interface are two of my favorite things about Kintone. The ability to allow permissions at various levels and create spaces supports multi-program needs.

When a use case requires someone to access an extremely limited amount of information, it's difficult to justify the cost of those additional licenses.

This software easily integrates excel spreadsheets and no code apps. This has allowed our organization the ability to streamline work flow & processes.

The price cannot be beaten. We switched over from Quickbase, which was much more expensive and less intuitive.

Their quote for getting more out of the software was reasonable. The pricing is great and allows non-enterprise users to access their platform.

Everything is built & nested within our collaborative work-space leading to a lead in proficiency. It's also extremely easy to use to stay on top of key notifications throughout the day.

Easy to learn and use this program -- Kintone is easy to use, modify and revise the functions to keep a  project alive.

It has lots of out of the box functionality and tons of extra free (complete) addons that suites from payment to fulfillment. A free version is definitely a great option for startups with low budget.

It took over a month just to set-up a testing dev environment. Support is often clueless of issues and communication is very poor.

I like the theme and the ease of use as well as the modulds alongwith.

I have been using X-Cart version 4 for many years and I have been particularly impressed by its ability to be customised. Changes are relatively simple to make.

Version 5 of X-Cart is particularly suitable for integrating into other software systems. I use the Zoho One business suite for processing my orders and inventory and the two systems integrate well.

Most of our products are unique one of a kind individual items which require perfect inventory control. Cart 4 has maintained perfect in stock and out of stock records.

E-commerce functionality is very secured and xcart tech support is secured as well. Technical support is great and very polite and helpful as well as quick and excellent in service.

Have used support a few times and they seem pretty good with communication and support.

Love that it's pretty much set up to work out of the box and that it has the ability to integrate with tons of website platforms.

Connection to facebook store is very limited, only seems to export the first product variant or option in the feed file.
