We have yet to find a problem or something we do not like.

Very easy to create new programs, activities, and facilities.

I do however have GREAT service from the phone and online chat feature. Those team members are quick to respond, ask for details to better understand and provide an accurate and effective result.

Staff is friendly, specific, quick to respond, and always there to help. Out of all the customer service needs with online services I have used over the years, Rec1 staff have clearly been the best.

There are quite a few basic very poor database development programming problems. Starting with problems with keeping the unique identifiers - unique.

This is a benefit when you have multiple admins as each person may work with different set ups easier.

The training was informative and the trainers were great at showing examples with our facilities, not just a mock up/sample facility. The functionality is great and very user friendly.

CivicPlus is an overall great company and their products are extremely useful.

The ease of use makes for ease in training and public use.

For the cost of 1% of our revenue, this service it's absolutely worth every penny.

A simple phone call to notify them of this will usually correct the problem within minutes or at the very least make them aware of it and get their tech department working on a fix for the problem.

Implementation was very smooth and the product has met most of our needs. We hope that as CR grows so does its ability to create new requsted features at a much more rapid rate.

So, if a user only selects 19 days out of the 20 max they can schedule the system only charges them $117 instead of the $124 I want charged.

As we complete the event or programming entry, our catalog of programs is done. The reporting options are expansive and extremely useful for budgeting purposes, program evaluations and trends.

My experience with CivicRec has been overall positive, yet I would still cautiously recommend the product.

I supported renewing the contract and I need my staff to be behind that decision. I need them to be confident in your product and customer service.

At times trying to get a report sent to your email can be very delayed.

In the set up of these facilities there is no way to set up the $124 rate.

Our only complaint when compared with other software companies comes from the lack of phone support. They do have an emergency line but generally, correspondence is done through email.

This is not a major problem but more so a minor inconvenience.

User Friendly, Seamless Integration and Endless Customization.

It is pretty easy to use, I like that I can use it from anywhere which is nice with a 24 hour gym because I dont need to be there all the time and can use it from home.

Frequently new updates cause problems with current functions.

The reports are great and I love that it works well with the Brivo door system. I like the scheduling section as well.

It helped when I went live. I knew if I had questions, I would get help and answers quickly.

So we were basically was charged for software which was never converted or even used. I would definitely do my research with software companies before you buy because this was a big mistake.

When we emailed the company's Owner regarding our dissatisfaction regarding the service from Shapenet and the unauthorized payments, he basically replied too bad but we never promised.

The product is easy to use and a great value. They are constantly working to expand and improve the system.

Horrible Experience with this company. I'm shocked that they have any clients with an experience like this.

She makes my shape.net experience very perfect.

Shapenet software is outstanding. Even better is the support we have received and most recently the support from reps.

Financial data capture, integration of schedule and facility use,trainer and customer data detail for measuring efficiency and productivity.

Great software and excellent training and onboarding.

The only downside to ShapeNet is that the only way for payment integration is to go through their third-party merchant.

We are excited to move forward with these features, hopefully the process will go a little more smoothly than the past few.

No app, at least when i used it. For trainers, having an app is important for scheduling conflicts etc.

Occasional down time can be frustrating with less than satisfactory communication regarding the problem.

It did the job, but as I am no longer using the product, shows that there are far better options out there.

All the features are easy to use. Easy to set up and learn to use.

From the very beginning I was incredibly impressed with all the functionality.

Great Software with Even Better Customer Service.

They are very easy to contact and any issues or questions I had/have are responded to very quickly and at times followed up by an email and or a phone call.

Example the date field is always off by one cell. There is another field that has no purpose at all plus the classes pick up the class itself as if it were a person in attendance.

ShapeNet can do almost too much so sometimes hard to navigate.

The customer service is great! the staff knows my name and is happy to interact with me about any issue. They are always improving, developing new ways to engage customers.

Downloading data supposed to go to Excel but instead always defaults to Unicode drives me nuts because I download a lot of reports and have to convert everyone.

Flexibility to handle very large list of services, financial transactions and hstorical data. Most impressive however is their support staff.

As a previous Anytime Fitness software user, I must say that the transition was a bit more involved than I initially realized.

Great customer service, very timely in their response time. Once we got the initial conversion done, and my training complete it has been a lot smoother.

This program is so user friendly and amazing on how you can use the software to meet your needs, even if you are small facility.

Horrible Experience and BIG mistake (Owner, couldn't care less).
