I just wish I would have found them years earlier. They are so user friendly and it's so easy to build programs and activities.

Any issues are very quickly resolved. It's great that customers can log in and see all of their families camps and activities in one spot.

I  stressed to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] that I want to make it convenient for my patrons.

We like that we can build the custom forms to capture all the additional requirement for our registrants and that is easily applies to future registrations for the time period in which we designate.

The outside user struggles with the cart and add on items. These additions can be by passed so users think they have added them and have not.

Setting up a customer account can be confusing for non-tech savvy folks.

Simply putting in time for programs can be a problem.

I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.

We are able to set up programs that can be reserved for a specific time, and sports activities that can be set up to create a schedule. All introduced and explained by MyRec's wonderful staff.

MyRec.com has singularly been the BEST addition to this position in 16 years. Additionally, in our district, 3 out of the 4 Rec.

If we could have the access to change our own headers, colors, etc. rather than be charged and ask someone to change our header.

We also love the fact that we can now refund a resident with only having to use MYREC and not have to go to Authorize.net as well.

Has the bones, I have great difficulty navigating.

MyRec is a great software product and their customer service is excellent. We know their staff by name.

We use it for our monthly billing and all of our online registrations and payments. It is very user friendly and easy to access either when working from home or in the office.

However, if I am stuck, I can always call someone and they'll walk me through it.

I do not defend this company to the public at all. I constantly get negative feedback from the public and I have to turn into the IT person to fix it.

I was the lone ranger back in 2011 and still am and they were so helpful and kind and I persevered with their great patience and just love MyRec.

My experience with myrec has overall been a great one. The staff is knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to work with.

We were previously not able to refund directly back to cards, this has been a wonderful feature as well as monthly auto billing for our gymnastics team.

From start to finish line the service was outstanding. I felt like MyRec  listened to our needs on what we wanted, and they delivered.

All use MyRec.com so we are able to share information easily amongst the 3 different town departments. That has been incredibly helpful.

A complaint we have from our constituents  is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.

Having to manually block an account that currently holds a balance which still allows the account holder to register for future programs, activities and events.

WE had a very difficult program to initiate and they came through.

When ever I need help the staff get back to me quickly. The software itself is always improving.

My Rec is very user friendly, fun to use and extremely well organized.

Need a little more options with regards to facility scheduling. Need to do a lot of work to put in class info - not sure what need to be  done.

Each and everyone is attentive, courteous, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. They make me feel like I am their only customer.

It has been stable, and the customer service is excellent and friendly from the MyRec staff.

It is pretty easy to use, I like that I can use it from anywhere which is nice with a 24 hour gym because I dont need to be there all the time and can use it from home.

Frequently new updates cause problems with current functions.

The reports are great and I love that it works well with the Brivo door system. I like the scheduling section as well.

It helped when I went live. I knew if I had questions, I would get help and answers quickly.

So we were basically was charged for software which was never converted or even used. I would definitely do my research with software companies before you buy because this was a big mistake.

When we emailed the company's Owner regarding our dissatisfaction regarding the service from Shapenet and the unauthorized payments, he basically replied too bad but we never promised.

The product is easy to use and a great value. They are constantly working to expand and improve the system.

Shapenet software is outstanding. Even better is the support we have received and most recently the support from reps.

Financial data capture, integration of schedule and facility use,trainer and customer data detail for measuring efficiency and productivity.

Great software and excellent training and onboarding.

The only downside to ShapeNet is that the only way for payment integration is to go through their third-party merchant.

We are excited to move forward with these features, hopefully the process will go a little more smoothly than the past few.

No app, at least when i used it. For trainers, having an app is important for scheduling conflicts etc.

Occasional down time can be frustrating with less than satisfactory communication regarding the problem.

It did the job, but as I am no longer using the product, shows that there are far better options out there.

All the features are easy to use. Easy to set up and learn to use.

From the very beginning I was incredibly impressed with all the functionality.

Great Software with Even Better Customer Service.

They are very easy to contact and any issues or questions I had/have are responded to very quickly and at times followed up by an email and or a phone call.

Example the date field is always off by one cell. There is another field that has no purpose at all plus the classes pick up the class itself as if it were a person in attendance.

ShapeNet can do almost too much so sometimes hard to navigate.

The customer service is great! the staff knows my name and is happy to interact with me about any issue. They are always improving, developing new ways to engage customers.

Downloading data supposed to go to Excel but instead always defaults to Unicode drives me nuts because I download a lot of reports and have to convert everyone.

Flexibility to handle very large list of services, financial transactions and hstorical data. Most impressive however is their support staff.

As a previous Anytime Fitness software user, I must say that the transition was a bit more involved than I initially realized.

Great customer service, very timely in their response time. Once we got the initial conversion done, and my training complete it has been a lot smoother.

This program is so user friendly and amazing on how you can use the software to meet your needs, even if you are small facility.
