I just wish I would have found them years earlier. They are so user friendly and it's so easy to build programs and activities.

Any issues are very quickly resolved. It's great that customers can log in and see all of their families camps and activities in one spot.

We like that we can build the custom forms to capture all the additional requirement for our registrants and that is easily applies to future registrations for the time period in which we designate.

The outside user struggles with the cart and add on items. These additions can be by passed so users think they have added them and have not.

Setting up a customer account can be confusing for non-tech savvy folks.

Simply putting in time for programs can be a problem.

I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.

We are able to set up programs that can be reserved for a specific time, and sports activities that can be set up to create a schedule. All introduced and explained by MyRec's wonderful staff.

MyRec.com has singularly been the BEST addition to this position in 16 years. Additionally, in our district, 3 out of the 4 Rec.

If we could have the access to change our own headers, colors, etc. rather than be charged and ask someone to change our header.

We also love the fact that we can now refund a resident with only having to use MYREC and not have to go to Authorize.net as well.

My experience with myrec has overall been a great one. The staff is knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to work with.

We were previously not able to refund directly back to cards, this has been a wonderful feature as well as monthly auto billing for our gymnastics team.

From start to finish line the service was outstanding. I felt like MyRec  listened to our needs on what we wanted, and they delivered.

All use MyRec.com so we are able to share information easily amongst the 3 different town departments. That has been incredibly helpful.

A complaint we have from our constituents  is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.

Having to manually block an account that currently holds a balance which still allows the account holder to register for future programs, activities and events.

WE had a very difficult program to initiate and they came through.

When ever I need help the staff get back to me quickly. The software itself is always improving.

My Rec is very user friendly, fun to use and extremely well organized.

Need a little more options with regards to facility scheduling. Need to do a lot of work to put in class info - not sure what need to be  done.

It has been stable, and the customer service is excellent and friendly from the MyRec staff.

However some of the great features, that we really take advantage of are the installment options, promotions and discounts. We find everything to be very intuitive and easy to use.

It is very difficult to think about a problem that was not quickly solved.

After we learned how to make it work the time spent entering programs is relatively small & easy to understand. The integration with our email service has also be very helpful.

There is an Amilia Staffer ready to chat with you online within a few minutes of having an issue or question. The client facing portals are attractive and for the most part easy to use.

It has been helpful to utilize Amilia for both marketing and registration. The customer service has been very comprehensive when I need assistance.

It makes reconciliation difficult on behalf of the whole department.

E.g. A person that registered for classes for the whole month will have a full page of discounts/classes to parse, which makes cancelling a hassle.

I like the ability to integrate the store via iFrame, as well as their customer service. Their help staff are all great.

It makes it hard to write guides or standard operating procedures for software that is constantly changing.

They are ugly and formatted poorly for print. CardPointe (card connect) is the only card processing service available.

One of the main problems is that the information in the canned reports is not uniform across the reports themselves. So, trying to compare information across reports is very challenging.

It has the huge benefit that can be used in a very basic mode, or you can implement as much as business processes you have. A huge benefit that they offer, it is the customer support.
