It seems to crash often when working with larger files.

Ease of use, combining several documents,  being able to edit documents or convert them into word is a great help.

Installing it on a new PC can be a bit difficult.

Problem appeared to be specific to our organization.

I strongly recommend any companies seeking an alternative to the Adobe suite to give Nuance a change, you may find yourselves impressed with the features included for the asking price.

Something very useful of this software is that you can also edit PDFs. I recommend it definetely.

It also converts everything to and from PDF and has a great auto-form tool. Best of all this product is compared to Adobe license costs.

Compared to other softwares, this is actually the best I've seen; the thumbnails aren't too big where they take up most of the viewing pane or too small where I can't see what's on the page.

I have been using Nuance for over 3 years now. I have liked there software and have always received great customer service.

Superior to Adobe Acrobat for converting PDF files to word, excel, edit, etc. Nuance Power PDF is extremely easy to use and easy to learn and get everyone trained on.

Kofax makes you purchase some strange re-download insurance thing I didn't understand. It sounds like they want to jerk you around if you have trouble reinstalling your product.

I like the ease of this program. It is so easy to do the tasks that I want and is less expensive than Adobe.

I use Nuance on a daily basis and the ease of use of this product is amazing. Ability to create PDF's, combine, annotate and all of this, in an intuitive fashion makes this product super efficient.

In those situations, Adobe reader had to be installed on the desktop. But Nuance could also be installed for document manipulation.

It has been a great program when preparing for depositions and trial.

The customer service - or should I say lack thereof - is atrocious.

Intuitive word-processor-like user interface. Advanced editing functions.

It did conflict with the file management software in place until the bugs were worked out in, I believe, version 2.00.

If it does not work for my intended purpose, it is as if it is a 10# rock around my neck. They need a place to search for  specific error messages.

This is a paid software which works most similar to adobe reader pro, But has a little less feature. It is one of the best pdf editing software with respect to cost and features.

I like that almost everything is streamlined. Most features are easy to find and dont require multiple clicks to accomplish a task.

Nuance Power PDF Advanced allows me to create, edit and manipulate PDFs, just like Adobe and other competitors, but for a lesser cost.

Continual pop up screens offering mega upgrade and other buy options and difficult to turn off trial version.

Their billing department is horrible. You may need an act of God in order to cancel your subscription, which in most cases you don't even know that you will have after buying the product.

The worst part is that I just discovered they are continuously charging me for a sneak renewal, which costs double of the price of the software.

One of the worst experience ever with a paying piece of software.

Its contains all the tools you need in reading, creating and editing PDFs. It is well integrated into programs we use daily like the microsoft office 365.

If for some reason I need to have a colleague review a document, the review/comment function is great for easily getting document feedback.

I have used Soda PDF Desktop 11 for several years and found it to be an incredibly useful, and easy to use application.

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the cloud integration makes sharing and storing documents a breeze.

Overall, it is a good experience. Soda PDf offers a great piece of software to meet a particular need . . . and fairly easy to learn/use.

My only small complaint is that it can be hard to locate a file once it's complete. That's likely on me instead of SODA.

Had to uninstall and reinstall 6 times before it functioned properly. The worst part has been the customer service.

Doesn't work as promised and customer support sucks.

Help desk is near to useless and doesnt tell truth. Priority seems to be getting subscriptions in rather than providing service or rectifying mistakes.

It offers an executable software and a very good web interface to handle PDF files.

Product disconnects regularly and requires you to re log in. This is EXTREMELY annoying and interrupts your working day.

They don´t have other ways (or doesn't want) to use internet audio  conference solutions based on email. DO THEY WANT TO GET PERSONAL DATA TO COMPLEMENT THE COMPETITIVE PRICE THEY ARE PROMOTING.

You would think after over 2 years of customers complaining regarding the poor customer service experience, they would have fixed it by now.

The features and functions are there, though this software isn't quite as polished as others. I do like how easy to use this software is.

Exceptionally good PDF editor and viewer, perfect for any occasion and project.

Unfortunately our experience has been that EVERY time the software updates, we encounter crashes and failures, and have to uninstall and re-install.

What I liked the most was the conversion because in my work, I need to send documents related to trades, regulations and etc ... and convert my documents in other formats.
