The ui is somewhat confusing at times. Often searching the right button to press to do what I need/want.

There is no public API and limited integrations.

Ease of access and lots of data to work with when troubleshooting a problematic network. The Obkio device integrates easily onto the customer network and provides instant reports.

Great team to support us, and great tool to help us with our customers issues.

A few more integrations would be required to make this a proper alarming tool.

As with so many support apps the setup is usually the most diffcult part and they were readely available, responsive and knowledgeable! so excellent customer support.

Ranorex is easy to use, easy to learn, powerful IDE, and a great value.

I use it for web and windows. What I like the most about it is the Visual Studio integration, where I just reference the dll's in my own solution.

While using Ranorex  it is easy to give testing feedback a the tests are automated and maintenance cost is also low.

Ranorex helped me get testing up and running very quickly. The reports that it generated are very helpful for management to see what I am testing and how the tests went.

Using Ranorex, we have been able to integrate our automation seamlessly into our testing environment and we have covered a lot of tests that have saved us time and money.

Setup to run a test can be a little complicated upon first use, but is no longer challenging once you understand how it all works.

I am super happy to be a user of this tool, as I mentioned it is life changes for me to learn this tool and make my job in a better shape and love to work in.

The integrations and capabilities seem to be great. I've had colleagues use the point and click/recording feature previously and could only say great things.

The tool is proffesional (we have been used free Katalon Studio earlier which was buggy). It is very useful for mobile testing automation for our Android nad iOS apps.

The repository is easily manipulated so that you can make any adjustments that are needed. Also, the support is top notch.

All in one automation tool with great customization capabilities.

Supported language is what i hate, they focus on C# and. Net which is hard to find skill as majority of other tool focus on Java.

Cost is very high and data driven testing is much difficult.

In general I like working with Ranorex quite much, as it is in general easy to use and easy to integrate via the API into your own project.

It runs very poorly with our in-house editor. We get WPF errors often that force us to restart our primary tool.

Sometimes it has troubles with certain browsers and recognizing them, even with the appropriate plugins (firefox), though all problems were solvable in the end.

It seems as if everything a junior quality assurance enginner would need were already there. For anything that was not easy to find out how it worked, the support team was of great assistance.
